Jody at Harvard Gold Group was very helpful and informative. She kept us aware of the process and informed at each step. She warned us of potential hangups and kept things moving smoothly. The gold was shipped very quickly and was discreetly packaged. We felt fully informed. I also appreciated that that they did not repeatedly call while we waited for things to work out to actually invest. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely unfamiliar with the process of buying gold. I heard that a retirement portfolio should be diversified, perhaps with precious metals, but other than that I knew little more than nothing. I didn't even think I had a "portfolio"--I had (and still have) an IRA--a Flexible Premium Variable Annuity. I did a bit of investigating.
