We made our initial decision to purchase a new iPad based on previous experiences with Harvey Norman. We were not disappointed Gary went through our requirements and made suggestions on which model to choose and the necessary additions. The iPad was set up for and we were really impressed with Gabran who set the iPad up and was very patient and extremely polite as technology is certainly alien to me. All in all a very pleasant experience

Gab is the man, this dude, played such a helpful role in something we were trying to achieve. He managed to source us the last physical Starlink router in the country. It was particularly important because we were moving into a new property that week and the entire deal rested on whether Starlink would provide Wi-Fi for us or not. Well, Gab spent about an hour of his time and tracked down the final Starlink, pretty much in the United Kingdom, reserved it for us, and then he even called up just to check how everything was going afterwards. I am beyond impressed. Give this man a promotion because if you don't, I'm going to be calling him and trying to hire him for our business instead!

Recently ordered a Fujifilm camera that was displayed as available on the Harvey Norman website. Unfortunately, due to the website stock not updating live at the time, the item was actually out of stock.

I was contacted by a member of the team and asked to be added to the waiting list. Around 3 weeks later, I received a call from Mario, who was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the product availability. Once the camera arrived, it was shipped out immediately and I received it within 48 hours.

Thank you to Mario and the team for the excellent customer service, communication, and updates throughout the process. It was very much appreciated.

Not only were Harvey Norman half the price of anywhere else I could buy this product from but the service from start to finish was exceptional, I searched as I normally do for the best price for this item (Shark Replacement Vacuum Cartridge | Pack of 2) and came across Harvey Norman and they were by far the cheapest site I could buy from so ordered from them.
This order was placed on Sunday afternoon and to my surprise ( Considering Monday was a bank holiday !!!!!) my package turned up 9.30am on Tuesday morning !!!!! This is fantastic service and would definitely use and recommend them to anyone looking for great prices and outstanding service.

Arriving in Store we looked at various TVs and were approached by Bradley who checked if we needed any help.
He quickly identified the particular TV that suited our needs and demonstrated it fully....making sure that if we needed further information he was only too happy to support.
We agreed to purchase and he understood we needed a stand as our existing one did not suit this product.
Bradley took time to find the stand we would meet our needs but it was not readily available....he negotiated with the Manager to have the only one in store on display.
He loaded the car for us which we appreciated.

Really good products and was helped by Jayden who was knowledgeable and very helpful who went the extra mile to help me with my purchase.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who pointed me in the direction of good value alternatives vs what i had originally come in for in terms of both TV and large appliances. Also were willing to do a deal when buying several items.

Had an issue with the tv bracket as I bought the wrong one. They exchanged it for me with no issue.

Would highly recommend both Faris and Danayl as very good members of staff who were both knowledgeable , pleasant and provided us with good advice and a good deal.

I was looking for a radio for my bedroom. We could only find the more expensive ones. So found a lad called Jaden working in the shop and he really went out of his way to find what i wanted. He was pleasant and polite and even took us and the item to pay righ5 on the far side of the massive shop in merry hill.
Really very greatful for his helpfullness.

We were looking for settees and there was a good selection without being overwhelmed by the choices. The sales assistant asked if we needed any help, and suggested some ideas to narrow down our choices. Once we decided on what we wanted, he helped us to make colour choices by bringing over lots of cushions so we could match our suite colour to our room colour at home. This helped greatly. He also suggested a portable power station for a reclining chair as we have no power sockets on one side of the room. We hadn’t even thought of this as a solution. He was extremely helpful and made the experience a good one.

Extremely disappointing experience with Harvey Norman. I placed an order online, only to be told when I called the shop that the appliance was out of stock and unavailable for delivery — yet it was still listed for sale on their website.

To make matters worse, I had to call multiple times throughout the day and nobody picked up. The customer service was non-existent.

Selling out-of-stock items online and failing to answer customer calls is simply not good enough. I would not recommend ordering from Harvey Norman and will not be shopping with them again.
