I went in to buy a new tumble dryer.The manager and the sales guy Jake think his name was done me a really good deal,i was satisfied with the price and delivery day that suits me,would recommend going in and have a look around.

Julia was really helpful with the product I was getting and very knowledgeable too. Very happy with the monitor too!

I had already bought my Mila suite 2 years ago and i wanted a recliner chair for my husband whos in a nursing home i ordered and paid for it on Sunday and it was in his room by Tuesday now thats what i call service..and hes a happy bunny...thank you Harvey Norman..

Fantastic service from Harvey Norman. I have used this store for most of my furniture and rate them excellent. Staff professional and knowledgeable and prices comparable to other electric stores but service tops other stores by far! I was buying a washing machine and served by Craig. So helpful and made this experience painless. Excellent customer skills!

Very friendly and efficient delivery they explained everything concerning use and cautions, they tested everything to ensure it all worked and placed it all where I wanted it. They took all the packaging and left no trace, this is why we shop at Harvey Norman.

Have been waiting for delivery of a new fridge and freezer for 4 weeks. I was told at the time of purchase that I would be contacted to arrange a day for delivery. Instead I was contacted by text message on the 3rd March at 10.45 pm to say that my order was being delivered today 4th March between 10.15am and 12.15pm. Totally unacceptable service. All the manager of the Boucher Road store said was sorry. No explanation why I wasn't contacted sooner. Being a pensioner I had to contact my son 16 miles away last night to come and move the old fridges for arrival of new ones. Will not be buying any thing else from Harvey Norman.

Everything went wrong regarding the cooker, which was ordered and paid for on 17th Jan. The installers arrived on 20th Feb to remove the old item and connect the replacement cooker. It was a lengthy wait to get to this stage, but surprisingly, they said my cooker had no brackets so they would be taking it back to the warehouse. How could this happen? I drove to the shop but all I got were quizzical looks and no real explanation. I was actually told I could buy some cheap small boards, screw them together, and that would be a base for the appliance. The installation was part of the deal, but it didn't seem that way, after they had gotten hold of my money. The manager said they would get it sorted, but as I write, I still have no new cooker. I visited the shop yesterday and was told brackets should have been included with the item. Just another excuse and another delay. Harvey Norman's need to brush up on their customer service. I have been disappointed with this whole transaction.

Harvey Norman in Boucher Road sells a massive range of appliances and electronics. It a beautiful spacious store. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A lovely girl made me a perfect nespresso coffee and gave me great advice about coffee machines. Aaron was also very helpful and sold me the appliance I was looking for. I would definitely go back here

Well pleased. Using the optimoroute was really handy and we were ready for the delivery. The two guys were very friendly and great at unloading the furniture. They were also very helpful and offered advice. A very positive experience.

As someone who knows little about laptops and what one would suit me and my needs in university, I told Julia, a member of staff, what I was looking and she was an incredible help. I would absolutely recommend Harvey Norman & in particular Paul whose customer service was excellent. During our two visits to the store Paul took the time to find out exactly what we wanted & at no point did we feel rushed. He was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the furniture including materials, suitability, payment options & delivery times.
The show room appearance was professional & easily navigated. Being able to source everything we needed in one place made the whole process much easier.
We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere which made the overall experience more enjoyable & stress free. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.
