Excellent service from Aamir at Castlebar store
Visited Harvey Norman Castlebar on 9th Sep and was served by Aamir. Really great customer service - very friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
He took time to explain all the options, no rush at all, and helped me choose the right product for my budget. Made the whole order and delivery process very easy.

The service between ordering the tv and it being delivered was unbelievable. I ordered on the Sunday and it came on the Tuesday

Absolutley disgusted to find we purchased a laptop for over €1000 and it doesn't come with a Charger!!! An essential part of the equipment, no you have to spend another €79 to get a charger!!! Rip off Ireland at its finest. That's like me selling a cup of tea out of a bottomless cup in my cafe!!!! Pointless...We have had to return two other chargers that haven't been suitable for another laptop!! again sold a laptop that doesn't have a replacement charger...so what do I do now...buy another new laptop!!! Im disgusted, Im not blaming the sales man he was only doing what he is told to do.

Terrible customer service
Bought an American fridge freezer and when it was delivered my wife was present and she asked them to remove the packing underneath it but they flatly refused and left (when questioned Harvey Normann said this would be installation and wanted €100 to do it) so they left it to a woman on her own with no question of how she would lift an item of that size to remove the packaging underneath. The appliance is a quality product at a good price BUT the customer service is deplorable

The excellent staff at harvey normans today helped me to have a wonderful experience in the shop. Daria went above and beyond to help me and was very knowledgeable in her department. Harvey Norman are lucky to have her as a staff member!

We went to Harvey Norman in Castlebar…
We went to Harvey Norman in Castlebar Friday,10th July. We were looking for an Air Conditioner for our home. We met Nelson. He was a tall,pleasant young man who immediately assisted us and went out of his way to guide and help us with our purchase. He knew his job inside out and he wasted no time getting all the parts and instructions we needed. He knew what needed to be connected and how and supplied us with everything we required. He was so nice and so helpful with a great smile and manner. When the deal was done he carried it to the car though it was heavy but he carefully placed it in the back. This young man deserves every recognition for everything he did yesterday in this store. Thank you. Nelson. You restored our confidence in shopping there again. Well done.

Very happy
Patrick and Martin delivered and installed my new appliance, as I was out of house working they maintained contact with me on numerous occasions for ETA. Left everything clean and took away all rubbish. Very happy

why do you have click and collect
i bought on line and collect at shop. Well i would have been better going in shop buying going to till. I was standing there a good while. It was not girl on till faulty its the person that set up system. There was no one to into backroom to get my items . NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE IT

I was in Harvey Norman today and was helped by Alan from lovetech. He was really professional and sorted out the problem I had. He is a credit to the company. So patient and kind and I saw him interacting with others before me with the same courtesy and patience.
