Terrible customer service
Bought an American fridge freezer and when it was delivered my wife was present and she asked them to remove the packing underneath it but they flatly refused and left (when questioned Harvey Normann said this would be installation and wanted €100 to do it) so they left it to a woman on her own with no question of how she would lift an item of that size to remove the packaging underneath. The appliance is a quality product at a good price BUT the customer service is deplorable

We went to Harvey Norman in Castlebar…
We went to Harvey Norman in Castlebar Friday,10th July. We were looking for an Air Conditioner for our home. We met Nelson. He was a tall,pleasant young man who immediately assisted us and went out of his way to guide and help us with our purchase. He knew his job inside out and he wasted no time getting all the parts and instructions we needed. He knew what needed to be connected and how and supplied us with everything we required. He was so nice and so helpful with a great smile and manner. When the deal was done he carried it to the car though it was heavy but he carefully placed it in the back. This young man deserves every recognition for everything he did yesterday in this store. Thank you. Nelson. You restored our confidence in shopping there again. Well done.

why do you have click and collect
i bought on line and collect at shop. Well i would have been better going in shop buying going to till. I was standing there a good while. It was not girl on till faulty its the person that set up system. There was no one to into backroom to get my items . NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE IT

I was in Harvey Norman today and was helped by Alan from lovetech. He was really professional and sorted out the problem I had. He is a credit to the company. So patient and kind and I saw him interacting with others before me with the same courtesy and patience.

Purchased a printer on line which was…
Purchased a printer on line which was very easy and arranged click and collect. Arrived with the reference , handed to an assistant and asked if he/ she could bring out to the car which they did within five minutes. Very efficient and courtious.

Great service.
Had a washing machine delivered and installed. The lads did a great job. Efficient and friendly. Also, unlike some other companies, there was no increase in the delivery fee even though I live in a very rural area.

When choosing kitchen appliances you have to make sure its what you really need ...well Ciaran never send us wrong & is worth his weight & gold in castlebar .I would highly recommend him.
