Definitely recommend.
Seemless from start to finish. Places my order online and my appliances were delivered, installed, old appliances and packaging removed, within a few days.
Brilliant service, well worth the installation fee, very competent fitter and attention to detail. Very happy customer.

I cannot recommend in particular John…
I cannot recommend highly enough the store or its staff in particular John in the Lovetech section for his amazing help advise and for going above and beyond to help, simply outstanding, really knows his stuff, in fact all the staff are lovely.
Great range of products available in the store, recommend a visit.

Unwanted sales pitch
The way your man was trying to sell us on an extended warranty wasn't a good experience. A part from that it was easy to get to the store and the click and collect experience was good

Missing Keyboard / Case
I bought a honour pad as a present for my husband's birthday. It was supposed to come with a keyboard / case but when I questioned where this was when I picked it up from Castlebar, I was told they had run out and couldn't tell me when they would be back in stock. Not really good enough.
UPDATE. Next day I received a call from the shop telling me they had found a keyboard (in Cork branch) and that I would be able to collect it on Saturday. Very pleased with the effort they made to make sure I got the missing case. Special thanks to Alan in the Castlebar shop.

Great service. Bought item as a gift and got it delivered. Disappointed that the price sticker was still on the item when it arrived 🤪🤪 Defeated the purpose of it being a gift, but not to worry. Will order again.

Fridge freezer and dishwasher
Everybody dealt with queries in a prompt and respectful manner. Delivery guys were very patient and helpful it wad not easy getting the fridge freezer into the kitchen. We were left with an awful lot of packaging to dispose of tho. It would have been helpful if they had unpacked the items and took the packaging away. But overall a good experience buying from harvey norman.

Delighted with complete service
Ordered something on line - it arrived earlier than expected and when I went to collect it the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. There were plenty of staff around and whilst they asked if we needed help they were not pushy and did not "hang around"
