Very easy ordering experience

Bought Air pods
3 members of staff chatting not interested in customers. Had to break up their conversation to get served. Then the item had to be logged into 1 computer then cue at another to pay 🙄
Don't have my receipt to hand for reference number.

Very bad experience
I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB online, and it took an unexpectedly long time—approximately two and a half months—before the device was ready for collection.
When I went to pick up the phone, I spoke with a lady from the online order section at the Castlebar branch. Unfortunately, she handed me the wrong model—an iPhone 17 Pro 1TB instead of the iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB that I had ordered.
Thankfully, I noticed the mistake upon checking the device myself and had to show it to another staff member to get the correct model. This situation indicates a lack of responsibility and attention to detail on the part of your staff. Due to this experience, I am now hesitant to purchase from your store again.
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and ensure that other customers do not face similar inconveniences in the future.

Initially I went into the castlebar…
Initially I went into the castlebar harvey norman store to buy the item. The saleperson was very unhelpful and told me that even if I ordered the item ( it was th beginning of December ), it would not be available until after christmas.
I later ordered the same item online and it was delivered within a few days.

Helpful and friendly staff
Helpful and friendly staff. Downside was, that while I was waiting in store for the order, I kept feeling harassed by sales staff. They just didn't give up trying to sell me all kind of add-ons. Too much attention I didn't ask for!!!

I ordered a hoover on click and collect The item was ready to pick up within an hour the staff in store although they were very busy were very friendly and incredibly helpful
