Exceptional staff
Friendly staff who were very obliging when I needed to change from collecting my order to having it delivered.
The delivery team were extremely nice too.

As i mentioned before
As i mentioned before, a member of staff called me to say come and collect my order from the store. And i paid for the delivery of those products. Not everybody has 9 to 5 jobs.

Collected an item which was fine but…
Collected an item which was fine but ridiculous that only one person for TV, radio section while other staff just walking around doing nothing. At least 3 people waiting on that one staff member. Ended up walking out and purchasing elsewhere.

Great online experience
I ordered 3 tech items at 7pm on black Friday and they were ready for collection at 7.30. I had them collected by 8pm. A great online experience and some great deals for Black Friday. No hassle shopping.

I want to give special recognition to Dean, one of the managers in Harvey Norman Fonthill, whose customer service is genuinely exceptional. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to helping customers create an experience that stands far above the ordinary.
From my very first interaction, Dean demonstrated an impressive understanding of the products, offered clear and practical guidance, and never once made me feel rushed. His attitude is consistently calm, positive, and professional — and his follow-through is superb. He doesn’t just provide information; he ensures real solutions are put in place.
He is the kind of person any large retailer would be fortunate to have. His work ethic, customer focus, and ability to support people with genuine care deserve real acknowledgement. If you’re looking for new kitchen appliances, Dean is the person you want to speak to — his advice is reliable, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful.
My experience was outstanding because of him, and I will be returning thanks to the level of service he provided.
