I visited Harvey Norman Naas last Wednesday to buy a mobile phone for my wife, and I would like to take a moment to compliment one of your staff members, Luke.
Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to make sure I was happy and confident with the phone I purchased. His patience, kindness, and professionalism really stood out to me.
As someone who deals with customers every day, I believe it is very important to make sure customers feel happy, comfortable, and confident before they leave the shop. That is exactly what Luke did during my visit. He made sure I understood the phone and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
Luke is a really kind and helpful person, and he is a great representative of Harvey Norman. Staff members like him make a real difference to the customer experience.
Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to Luke. He did an excellent job, and I am very grateful for his help.

Great experience at Harvey Norman! Damien was very helpful and genuine, helping me choose the best matching washing machine and dryer and ensuring they were the best fit for my available space. Very happy with my purchase and the excellent service. Highly recommend!

Countless problems, both with products and customer service, do not recommend!
I have bought a new Samsung tablet from them at the end of August, it turned out faulty, I have tried to return it to physical store, they refused, I have opened claim online, they send me swappit label and I returned it. In emails I clearly stated that I want only refund, and suddenly, at 18 September I received sms from DPD that they is going to deliver me some package from Harvey Norman today! I refused delivery and asked clarification from customer service email, but NONE of my three emails since 17 September hasn't been answered! My order number is 3569466.

I would never buy again from Harvey Norman or for that matter from any other online store that doesn't accept hassle free returns!

After my long review on Harvey Norman two weeks ago I still haven't received any sort of apologies. I am very disappointed with no response and can only say if that's the treatment customers receive I will never shop there again.

We recently purchased a house and Naas and needed to kit it out. The service given by all instore was superb. A special mention to Imre and Diane for advice on bedding and tables/chairs, its not everywhere that has such knowledgable and helpful staff. Table and chairs have arrived already and we are delighted with them!!

Manager Richard McNally helped me find the perfect laptop and help me set up him finance so I could spread the payments. He made everything so easy and seamless.

Imre bedding in nass store, excellent, atrentive listened to what we were looking for and we ended up buying a
complete bed set

We came to Harvey Norman for a mattress and pillows and the staff could not have been more helpful. Ken helped us chose the perfect mattress for our new home.

I was in search for a metal bed frame and I got assistance by Ken he was very patient while listening to all my queries about which bed frame is more suitable for me and my bedroom. He was super helpful with me today which made me very satisfied.

Ken the sales man was very helpful indeed. Gave me a great deal on my bedframe. A nice guy.

My husband and I met a lovely fella called James in Harvey Norman’s this evening. He was so helpful, informative, friendly and knowledgeable. We were interested in buying a 3 , 2 and 1 seater for our living room. With James’ help and advice, I’m delighted to say we purchased. James made our experience one of the smoothest ever in buying a product. Your shop is very lucky to have such a happy helpful young man, I’d highly recommend him to all my friends. He deserves praise and a raise 👍👍👍

Great experience in Harvey Norman’s today. Bought a mattress. Met Ken and James. Both were very friendly and helpful. Ken was very informed about the product. I was researching mattresses. I ended up buying the product. Delivery was prompt. A very good experience! Shopping as it used to be.

Ken at Harvey Norman’s in Naas was very helpful and really went out of his way to make the experience less stressful. He recommended the beds and wardrobe that we bought and I’d definitely recommend Naas and Ken in particular to anyone looking to furnish their bedrooms.

Fantastic with Leanne - knew her product really well and was so pleasant. We had already visited another branch of your store and had a bad experiences in that your staff member was unsure of the product - perhaps lack of training. Leanne was exceptional

Quick and professional Stephen is the best

I needed photos printed to make a memory book . I knew what I wanted. But I am an oap and not good with the new technology instore. Hollie was so polite and helped me through the process. She was patient and did with a smile. Please we need more staff l8ke Hollie.

Have been in and out of Naas store recently getting photos developed, served by Hollie who was very helpful.
