Happy Harvey Norman customer.
I received a suite of furniture this morning from Harvey Norman. I got a call from the lorry driver to verify my eircode and that they would arrive within 40 minutes.True to his word 2 men named Martin P and Darren C arrived within 40 minutes. They came to my door with mats to protect my floors. They carried in furniture and assembled it all. They gathered all the boxes and packaging and took it all away. Martin and Darren were so polite and punctual and professional. I would highly recommend these men They were marvellous. 👏👍

Amazing experience online just a couple of clicks and a quick trip to click and collect naas , the lady in the shop was super fast at retrieving my item 5 stars all round will most def shop there again

I am disappointed with the warranty and…
I am disappointed with the warranty and extra insurance of a Panasonic lumix tz99 camera I purchased on 07/12/25 & also purchased the extended cover understanding the camera would be protected, however when I attempted to use the cover on 20/03/26 when the camera failed to work this was not the case i belive the warranty & extra insurance is not fit for purpose & the service from harvey norman team.

Friendly and helpful
The guys were friendly and loved the cottage we had just moved into. We had a good chat and laugh and they were so good with getting all the appliances into the various places I requested.

I had such a pleasant experience at the Naas branch, thanks to Stephen. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, taking the time to explain everything clearly.
His knowledge of coffee machines was seriously impressive, and it made a huge difference in helping me choose the right one with confidence. Nothing felt rushed, and he genuinely cared about providing great service.
I’m truly grateful for all his help and would highly recommend asking for Stephen if you visit. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

I received email saying my order has…
I received email saying my order has been delayed and when I called to ask how to cancel my order I was told as store manager Niamh was helpful and said no that email must be by mistake as the product is available and ready to collect. I headed to store next day and the staff at reception was unaware that it’s ready. Only when I mentioned that I spoke yesterday and I was told that it’s available then they rechecked and said yes it is. A bit confusing to be honest.
Product is good when I received and is genuine.
