I needed to replace my fridge and Simon was so efficient, knowledgeable and helpful in getting the right sized one for our kitchen. He went above and beyond to ensure our fridge was delivered as soon as possible.

The delivery/ installation guys were very efficient too.

I purchased a Fridge Freezer from Sherwin, he was extremely helpful, took me through everything and set up delivery for the correct day and time. When the unit arrived and wouldn't fit through our front door (my fault), he quickly arranged a different team to deliver a few days later. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we got our unit on time, and even facilitated a last minute change of model. Can't thank them enough.

Chris installed our WiFi boost system recently. He did a great job with minimal fuss at a reasonable cost. Everything explained as he went. Great service in three days since I purchased.

The delivery and installation came on time so I wasnt waiting around all day. They were so efficient and even put my kitchen drawers back in when they finished putting in the new hob

Death with an assistant called Gerry. I found him so helpful and very friendly. I would have bought 6 beds from him. He's a real assit to Harvey Norman. The girl on till was lovely aswell but don't know her name.

Harvey Norman Nutgrove Dublin, never a pleasant experience, especially in the tech department. Today only 3 staff to assist a queue of people hanging around for assistance. When u do get someone they are disinterested and very curt. I hate shopping here but its a convenient location, thats the only reason.

Went in to buy a bed. Ivan was very knowledgable, knew all about the different types, and gave us plently of time to think about a significant purchase. One month on we are verty happy with our matress.

Im impressed with poor service and lies your staffs said to me.In my online purchase details its only asking me to provide receipt to show for the proof.But upon arrival when I'm doing my morning cycling warehouse worker said she had a lot of issues with problematic people so she can only accept physical ID and said "it's even in email" I showed emails there's nothing like that, then they said its with purchase confirmation but nothing like that there as we'll.I shown personal email and ID in my phone but what a disgusting services with lies.Keep doing it

Bought a pair of Sony ULT-wear headphones here in 2025. They broke 14 months later due to a recognised defect (on the Sony website). However neither Harvey Norman or Sony will help me as it’s out of warranty and Sony do not categorise my pair of headphones as benefiting from the free repair scheme as the serial number is not within their range to benefit - even though the exact defect described is what has happened to the headphones. While the people I dealt with were friendly, I feel really let down as a consumer as I expected something this expensive to last longer than a measly 14 months. I think Harvey Norman should offer better quality products. I have said the same to Sony, but no one will help me with what is recognised as a faulty product, without charging me for it.
