Staff in store were very friendly and helpful. Gave good information on product. Delivery guys Ian and Conor so accommodating and my machine was delivered very promptly.

Good customer service
We ordered easily online and we able to pick up our purchases from a local delivery store in Sligo. The bedside tables were exactly what we expected, with clear written instructions for an assembling legs, etc.
The people at the warehouse were friendly and efficient.

Excellent product & speedy delivery
This Blu Ray player is excellent and I could not fault the service from Harvey Norman! I ordered the product on Friday, which was on sale so excellent value, and it was delivered by courier the following day! Fantastic!

Ordered on line and they hadn’t got my…
Ordered on line and they hadn’t got my product available, even though it had accepted my order for collection in Sligo however the sales assistant Amy there was very helpful. And informed me of all the alternative items I could get and when I didn’t want that she contacted Castlebar for me to source the product I wanted. So she was very helpful. And informed Castlebar the collection service was seamless and very efficient

Delivered on time
I have to say my delivery item was stress free . The delivery men was so helpful with calling me advance giving me a time slot that they would be arriving honestly well impressed with the service from Harvey Norman

Very happy with the delivery service
Very happy with the delivery service. Bought our appliances on a Sunday. Girl in the shop booked us in for the following Friday for delivery. Got a phone call that morning from delivery guys, said they would be with me around 2.30, 3 o'clock and yes they were bang on time. And two nice lads as well .👍

Ordered online and collected dishwasher from the warehouse in Collooney.
A streamlined service, quick response and order processing.
Really helpful, efficient staff assisted unloading old dishwasher and loading new appliance to my car.
