Whenever I attempt to withdraw I wait 4 to 7 days only to get a "denied" notification with no explanation. When I ever get a response from Customer Service (rare) I am told I can't withdraw I have to transfer to my Wallet. When I try that I get the "denied" notification and no response from Customer Service. That's where I stand at this moment. A month of withdrawal requests and a month of denials with no explanation. AVOID at all costs.

How can HK one of the top finance city has so bad exchange site, same as OSL. Slow, bad UI/UX, high fee, even need to pay the fee if you withdraw flat.

Not suit for day trading because of the fee and being slow. And need to re-login all the time even I use the save device with the same network.

Its a scam. No withdrawal
You cant withdraw your money. They keep telling you to deposit more to unlock your funds. Total scam website. I had to reach out to the guys on my profile picture to help me recover my money.
