Veldig tungvindt viss du må levere varer i retur.. Så sørg for at du er helt sikkert før du bestiller.
Jeg fikk returlapp på mail og det var bare å klistre på pakken og levere i posten. Helt supert som jeg pleier å gjøre med andre firmaer. Ukene gikk og jeg fikk aldri beskjed om returen var komt frem. Da jeg sjekket nermere var pakken stoppet i tollen der det manglet dokumentasjon for å få den videre. Så nå er det å styre med å ettersende mye tollpapirer og dokumentasjon.. Noe som jeg aldri ble informert om på forhånd. Håper Hatstore tar til seg kritikken og informerer kunder om dette når det utveksles informasjon om hvordan returnere produkter.

Order lost in mail
My order did not arrive after waiting for 2 weeks. I contacted customer service and they imidiatly fixed me up, gave me a choise of redoing the order or money back. Great service!

Great service. Received a hat that had a slightly damaged brim, sometimes stuff happens, that’s life - I mailed hatstore and they (Viktor) will be sending a new one without any quibbling.
Besides the unfortunate slight damage, the hats are great quality.

The website was great
The customer service was great. Even though there was anm minor issue with the delivery (due to the local postal service) the customer service was very reactive, kind and they rapidly found an alternative. I recommend!!

Amazing quality and quick delivery
I made some hats with my own design as a present for my brothers wedding. As I had completed the order, I realized that the delivery time was a bit longer than anticipated. After contacting customer support, they said that they would prioritize my order. And it arrived just on time<3 The quality was really good and the embroidery looked amazing! This is my new favorite store, will definitely buy again!
