Very good service
Had an order with different stuff. But a simple thing as a Capbrush was forgotten (Mistakes happen) so no big deal. But i got fast a response on my email about the problem and they had no issue of sending a new one right away. Very good service!

Fikk tilsendt et produkt som var feil…
Fikk tilsendt et produkt som var feil merket og derfor for liten for min sønn. Veldig god service og hyggelig kontakt. De gjorde sitt for å rette opp og sendte meg en ny hatt. Synes det var svært dårlig at jeg måtte betale porto for den nye hatten når feilen var hos hatstore. Men alt i alt fornøyd med god behandling.

Just saying, customer service delux!
Just saying: my hat of for the top service I got from support/service divisjon at Hatstore. Did not get the pakage. Called the mailcompany after 2 weekend of delay. The could not find out where it was. Told me to contact the sender(Hatstore). They also saw the problem. They told my no problems. We will give back the money. 30 min after, the money was one the way. 1 hour after i got a message on my phone. You got a packadge in youre mailbox. Surely, there the caps was. The same day i mailed Hatstore. Explained it. The answer Hatstore gave. It was exactly what gives a business loyal customers. Keep the hat, keep the money!!! Hatstore(Erlind at support)- you just got another really saticified customer👍

Designed my own cap.
The logo i had chosen had to small writing on it. So Hatstore helped me with a couple of options with a bigger writing on the logo. It actually turnes out better😁. Great service. Thank you Hatstore.
