All our orders are shipped from Sweden, and they typically pass through Germany before continuing to their destination. Hi Quentin! I searched your name and found that to your order an incomplete email address was registered when you placed the order, which is why the emails did not arrive to your inbox.
Our phone line is open Monday to Friday from 6 PM to 9 PM AEST.
As we inform on the website, we are a Swedish company, based in Sweden, and all orders are dispatched from us here in Kalmar Sweden. I see your order is currently in the customs process, but feel free to reach out to us at support@hatstoreaustralia.com and we will help you further with your order!
