Edit: While i am disappointed that my order did not arrive in time for Christmas even though i placed it on november 9th, the response from hatstore customer service has been good and i received a full refund so i am amending my review to reflect that.
Original review: I am very disappointed. Hatstore Australia is NOT AUSTRALIAN and although they advise of this at some point, the delivery times listed on their site are completely untrue. I was prepared for a small delay. The site said 7-11 business days, a couple of days delay may occur. A couple of days?!?! It has now been 30 days since my order cleared customs, 35 days since placing my order, and it is still just sitting in Switzerland. Even in covid times, i thought because i ordered early November it could reach me in plenty of time for Christmas. How wrong. Now i have no present to give. Customer service do respond to emails which is the only positive so far, but no one can tell me when it may arrive, and i have been fobbed off for the last 2 weeks, being told they have no doubt it will arrive in time. But it wont. If they know there are such excessive delays, they should advise of this and only offer postage options that will arrive in a reasonable timeframe.
Ok so i have received your reply where you say 30-45 days, AND you say this is advised at checkout but that is simply untrue. Even my checkout page specifically said 7-11 business days a couple of days delay may occur. You may have since changed this, but it most definitely did not say it previously. I have tried to attach a screen shot but it wouldnt let me so i would appreciate if someone advised me of how to do this.

Emailed Hatstore Australia for an update on my order of four hats after waiting more than 5 weeks so far. I received a cheery response advising that they'll surely be leaving Sweden and on their way to me soon. Never again. Had I realised I'd be waiting over 5 weeks just for them to leave Sweden plus however long it takes for them to travel to Australia (2 months or more in all likelihood) I never would have placed the order. So disappointed.

I ordered a hat online only to wait a week and nothing in the post. I then checked the order status only to find the hat is being sent from f *cking Switzerland. W T F. Beyond angry.

Their sizing charts are to be taken with a grain of salt. Ordered 2 Flexfit hats based on my head measurements and they were miles too big, even though my head measurement was in the middle of the range on their sizing chart.
Was advised that they don't do exchanges, and that I would have to pay shipping to send the hats back at my own risk and re-order 2 new hats in the correct size, even though the issue was clearly through their own incorrect sizing chart.
Also, it's very cheeky of them to have a website address that implies it's an Australian company. Only through some deeper digging on the website, after waiting 6 weeks for delivery (quoted less than 7 days at check out), did I realise the hats were coming from Europe. I'm sure they'd get less business from Australian clients if they were up front about how long they should expect to wait, and how difficult it would be to make a return.
edit - Have revised from 1 star to 3 stars. After reviewing my feedback they have reached out to me to resolve the issue. The hats are very good quality and I can't fault them, they look great. It's just a shame that their initial after sales service was so poor. A word of advice regarding Flexfit hats, if your head size is towards the lower end of the sizing range then order the size below for a snug fit.

Absolutely satisfied with my caps which I ordered & have since received! I knew very early that the custom made caps would be manufactured overseas in Sweden so I was fully prepared for the wait! My order finally arrived almost a month later which was expected & I am 100% satisfied with the end result. The caps are exactly what I wanted & they fit perfectly. I thoroughly recommend this site to anyone who wishes to have their own custom made hat etc. It's definitely worth the wait!!!

First time shopping with these guys, bought 4 hats. Quick shipping, received 7 days after ordering (shipped from Sweden to Australia). On receiving, one of the products was incorrect so I got in touch with Hatstore via their support email. After reaching out to hatstore to explain that I had still not received my hat after 7 weeks they informed me that they think the hat was probably lost. So they have given me a full refund which I am grateful for. I guess the customer service did come through when I needed it the most, coming up with a resolution. So I have changed the 1 star to 2 stars ( I would choose 2.5 if it were possible) based on the customers service not the experience. Its unfortunate I didn't get to try there product as I was really looking forward to receiving to it. After this experience I am doubtful I would buy from them again. If they were shipping from Australia I would.

Unfortunately I am yet to receive my order which was placed on the 17th December 2020. I understand it is coming from overseas but this is too long for any item to be sent around the world a couple of times. When I emailed them, I was happy and grateful they replied, but I was told it was being held in customs in Australia and its been there since the 7th January.
Its hard to believe they would hold a hat in customs for this long. There are no taxes or duties which would be charged to it so there is no reason they would hold it. If this is the case maybe Hatstore need to provide better information for customs so the clearing process can be more prompt or use a better shipping service . I don't like giving 1 stars for reviews but I have no choice.
