I ordered $45.00 in clothing on January 10 2023 now its March 18 2023 and heard nothing. It's a shame because I have a black cat. So I ordered some clothing with the cat on it

Seriously disappointed in service!!! I ordered some clothing 2/4/2023 @$50.77 & have NOT RECEIVED anything yet from them!! Not sure if they're associated with the Temu.com site or not, but would like to know WHERE my CLOTHING Order is & WHEN I can Expect it! I understand it's coming thru Customs, but really...one would expect to he Updated as to WHERE*WHEN the order is!
Also, IF a Ring that was received the other day came from you, I DID NOT ORDER it & DON'T want it!! I'm Returning it to the Sender, Tevin James.
I went to my bank to get a new card due to my old one being Frauded. I was told by the lady I was working with that she had checked into TEMU.com & according to the BBB, they're a reputable business....it's their Shipping affiliates that are suspicious & unreliable!
Like others here, I too tried using the Tracking links: 17track.net & trackinghub.com. 1 seemed odd as it gave Spain as the Origin of my purchase, I was under the impression it was coming from China. When 1 of the tracking links said my purchase was in my Mailbox, again I found this Odd since the products I ordered should've been in a Large Box place at my door!!
Anyhow, my $50+ was reimbursed via the bank, I still haven't had any Replies to Emails sent to Huasad.com or TEMU, nor have I received my original order.
Be VERY LEARY of ordering thru these people!!

I ordered from this company in January never received my order nothing now trying to get a hold of them to get my money back is horrible

J'ai fait une qui n'est jamais arrivé chez moi. Soit disant que j'ai fait une erreur dans l'écriture de ma propre adresse. Après quelques messages sur internet, ils décident un remboursement de 70% sur mon article qui coûtait 2,56 euros plus les frais de transport pour j'ai payé 35 euros. On me retourne 1,5 euros.
Je déconseille vivement toute personne. POURQUOI NE PAS FERMER CE SITE.Qui n'a pas d'adresse véritable entre Londres et la Chine. Des fausses adresses, bande de malfaiteurs.

this company is fake. scammers. they steal money from this way. i ordred 50 $, i never received any thing since 3 months, i wrote them, theu answer that they are busy with big customers, and they will resend me my order, but never send any thing. dont waste your money

I ordered shoes and boots from this firm before Christmas. Never got my order so I asked for a refund. Had emails from Rice, Claire and Anne saying it's being sorted. Think I've been scammed.

They indeed give you false numbers and invoices for your orders. They do not respond to any type of contact or request for shipping status. 17 Tracking is crap. These people plan to simply steal your money. 82 items on one customer? If they were honest, they would have called me on the phone. Run Away- this is a rock solid scam!!!

J'ai fait une commande de 50 euros en articles divers. J'ai attendu la livraison en vain. Aucun contact téléphonique pour appeler. Pas de réponse aux mails.

I contacted my bank who sent forms to fill out I also sent all emails between myself and who ever replied and my bank got my money returned from them it's still unfair for this company to continue to rip people off and false advertising

Order hausad28994, HAUSAD#hausad28994 Shipment Status Updated Tracking Number: ZD8100642504CD; They used a company called 17track which is also SCAM to send you a fake tracking number. Order placed on Feb 20, 2023. I started to track the package. The gave you detail of the trajectory and suddenly, on March 7, the tracking number is no longer valid. I have not received anything from them. contact them, nothing. STAY away!!!!

Purchased items 01/22/23 for $43.89. I have not received anything but a ring that I did not order. No tracking number or any info about shipment of order. I want a refund of my money. Never experienced anything like this before. Very disappointed.

They have completely been dishonest to people, theft, Scammers basically criminals. Don't be fooled like me, have lost some money and know I want get it back.
They are absolutely dishonest the tracking number is false! There emails are always the same.
