Avoid Avoid Avoid. Total scam of a company. They were Maison Vaison and have gone through a rebrand over the last month. The products are utter junk, the material isn't as advertised it is really awful synthetic material (not cotton as advertised) and the quality is shocking. Better quality on the local market at a tiny fraction of the cost.

Their refund policy is not worth the page it's written on as if you wish to return anything it takes a long time for them to agree to this after offering discounts to keep the item instead. When insisting on a return you finally get told that the return address is in Australia as the Netherlands address isn't for returns. There is no Australia address on their refund policy page so is very misleading. The 30% they offer you to keep the item is better than the cost of sending tracked to Australia. I read the reviews before purchasing and all the most recent ones were decent enough but I seen now that they must go through getting a batch of fake reviews to keep their trust pilot reviews higher than they should be which is what's happening with this new company name too. Buyers beware and shop elsewhere.

Company replied to my review asking for my details. We are already corresponding.

I feel extremely disappointed with my experience dealing with this company. They have had my money since April and this issue is still ongoing. Responses regularly take several days rather than the 24 hours stated, which has made communication very frustrating.

I have repeatedly contacted the company since April requesting assistance and refund information, yet the matter still remains unresolved. Despite this ongoing correspondence, I am still being asked again for my order number and details that have already been provided multiple times.

I also feel the refund and return information provided has not been fully consistent with the policies published on their website. I have now been instructed to return the item to Australia at my own expense and was asked to declare the parcel value as only $10 on the customs form, which made me uncomfortable.

I have made every effort to resolve this matter directly and reasonably, but unfortunately the process has caused a great deal of stress and concern.

Based on my personal experience, I would not advise others to purchase from this company. Extremely disappointed.

Everything fits just right. I just stuck to the size guide on the site and it was spot on. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

I bought a shirt and scarf set from here–both are excellently made and are just the right size for me. The delivery was prompt, and there were not any problems on my end. This is a store that sells things that are of real quality.

The striped mini dress is very gorgeous! I am very happy that i ordered this. I am so inlove with it it is very comfy will order again soon

Haus Der Kleidung shows all the hallmarks of a fraudulent dropshipping operation — fake European branding, a bogus Australian warehouse address, a pattern of rebranding to escape bad reviews, and deliberately obstructive return policies.

The use of a Dutch address with an American phone number is itself a red flag.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

If you’ve already paid, raise a dispute with your bank or credit card provider immediately.

Shocking Returns Procedure.
I purchased a pair of shoes for a family wedding, allowing 2 weeks for delivery. However they did not arrive until after the wedding. I immediately emailed with a request to return the shoes. They replied 12 days later. By this time I checked the Online Refund Policy and returned them to the company address in Amsterdam.

The reply I received stated I could keep the shoes and choose another pair (for free) by paying just £28 postage. I declined this offer as I believed they were avoiding a refund plus a negative review.

I have now been told the Amsterdam address will not accept returns, as the returns address is actually in Australia ! Their Refund Policy completely misses this vital information.

The Australia returns address is 17 Dent Street, Botany, NSW 2019, Australia, which google maps shows is a house, not a warehouse !

The website shows a Warehouse address in Australia - 84 Factory Road, Oxley, Queensland, Australia, 4075. Google maps shows this is in Brisbane, which is a 10hr drive from the Returns address 17 Dent Street, which is a house in Sydney !

My advice - this is a fraudulent company AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!

Bought 2 dresses from Maison Vaison 23 April - the website no longer exists & search directed to this company. Goods not delivered - numerous e mail exchanges with Customer Services - hopeless. Goods arrived today, 20 days after ordering. Advertised as 100% linen - in reality dreadful polyester & spandex. Mis-Sold goods. Trying for a return & refund

For a special event, I ordered a few outfits, but they were all terribly better than I'd thought according to the quality of the fabric and the design. The shipping of the products was fast and secured without any problems at all. A trustworthy company offering professional service that I would definitely recommend!

Fraud; scam; call it whatever - avoid!

Under its former incarnation as Maison Vaison it has attracted numerous Trustpilot reviews about misdescribed and shoddy goods and the impossibility of getting refunds.

Read those and avoid it like the plague.

This company was previously called MaisonVaison - that website is redirected. Based in China despite suggesting it is sited in the Netherlands, it refuses to provide return info, instead offering discounts. Avoid at all costs.
