I went right back to it once it was re-released as I could no longer stand the Haus Labs. The bottle is huge and its apparent why - you are getting a ton of a terrible product for this price point.

I liked the formula of the Haus Labs concealer, but the doe foot applicator broke inside the tube, making it difficult to use. For the price, I expected better packaging quality.

Placed an order on the 30th of november, the parcel has been on itâs way to the final mile carrier since the 2nd of december, but since the 10th of december no changes to the tracking link. Unfortunately iâm traveling for the holidays and i wonât be receiving my order on time which is very very disappointing. Please do something about your supply chain or at least mention this when placing the order.

I ordered first on the 21st of July, my order didnât come after nearly a month so I contacted them and they said they would send another one. I received order confirmation for the other one on the 27th of August itâs now October the 26th and Iâve still not received anything. Iâve been waiting 3 months in total. Horrible foundation.
This is the worst foundation I have used. It looks horrible, does not blend and streaks. I notified the company and asked them for a return label and they stated there wasn't a return on the samples and plan to bill my card for $12. That comes up to 17.99 for 3 small sample vials that cost nothing in the mall. 3 small samples that are now in my trash can.

I am always picking out what I think is the right shade of concealer only to go home and find itâs the wrong one. Haus Labs sent me a sample kit with a guide to help me find my shade of concealer and it worked. It put it on and it was the right shade. I didnât think that would ever happen!

Order the lip products..the gloss wand has a applicator sponge that is in the bottom of the tube. No way to apply product. No customer service! Really love lady G...but this is dishearteningð¥º

Don't even hit any buttons after placing an order you will be charged full price for the item plus shipping even during a sale. I never hit the button to add mascara to my order but it was added anyway. I do NOT want it, it will be sent back and I want a FULL refund. Notified Haus Labs and customer service is DISGUSTING! I placed my first order with Haus labs 4 weeks ago. After contacting several times, i was eventually given a tracking link, which now states that the parcel is damaged and Evri are unable to deliver. Have emailed haus labs twice since and have had no response at all. Iâve spent a considerable amount of money on my order which is not going to be delivered - unsure how the company finds this acceptable?! Absolutely appalling customer service from Haus Labs, would never purchase from them again. I wish Iâd read these reviews first.

I ordered the Discovery Foundation Set on February 27, 2025. Today I received an email saying I have to place a full size foundation order by tomorrow March 11, 2025, or pay $12. On their site, they stated you have 21 days to make a purchase and it's only been 13 days. I emailed them today and they responded saying they'll get back in 3-4 days. Too Late! This is the 2nd set I've ordered place because the first set I received was too dark. If I don't order anything, I'll have spent $34 on the samples and shipping.If you live near a Sephora store, give it try first.
Haus Labs has horrible service don't bother with them
I used Haus Labs color match on their website and it does not work since they sent me a color totally wrong for my skin. I tried 3 times to reach customer service with no luck. They do not have phone only email and they do not respond to any of your emails. Now I am stuck with 2 expensive products I cannot use and cannot send back. I am going to contact my credit card company. I am disgusted that Lady Gaga would own a company with such horrid customer service.
