Terrible customer service
In a recent order a bit was not in my package.
I called Haus of Tools immediately after receipt to report that there was a bit missing. They asked me to photograph the contents of the package including all bags and packing material and send it to them. I then called back the next day and was told they were âinvestigatingâ what happened, whether it wasnât pulled, was miss appropriated or lost⊠But that they canât just ship a replacement just because the customer says something is missing.
Emailed them back a week later and got the same story, that they were still investigating.
Hard to believe that they would rather loose any future business and a get a bad review over a $7 bit.
Whatever. Will not be back and will not recommend.

Nearly 8 weeks after ordering a torx tool there is no sign of said tool .Tried calling Haus of tools direct multiple time but no answer.E mail was not replied to either.
All said would avoid this company if you are looking for tools.I suspect they are illegitimate.
Six Months; Money taken, but NO TOOLS!
Placed order with Haus of Tools on August 3, 2022. I was advised that shipment could be delayed. After SIX MONTHS and several excuse-emails, they have had $136.52 of MY MONEY and I have nothing! SCAM I suppose.

Placed an order several weeks ago. I emailed them only to find out they donât actually have the tool in stock and are waiting for manufacturer to get more. This was not made clear at time order was placed. I think they want the funds then will ship the item whenever (if ever) they get them in stock. What a BS way to run a company!

I placed an order for my husband, after more than 3 weeks of waiting, he suspends our order due to a possible fraud! IP nmb does not match address ... etc. Seriously? It is true that they asked for additional evidence, but my husband was so angry that he never wanted and no longer wants to buy from this company! Is he the man who knows what the attitude for customers means ... after 3 weeks did they come up with these excuses? It is unacceptable! Wouldn't it have been a problem if they had asked us the first or second day after placing the order but after more than 3 weeks? What in the world is this?
