Beware
Beware! I would not purchase from this company again.
Their website states that orders ship within 2 days, but that was not my experience at all. After several days without any update, I had to send an email inquiry. Nobody responded directly to my email (only the phone call). It ultimately took 20 business days just for my order to ship.
I specifically paid extra for faster shipping because timeliness was important to me. Unfortunately, the premium shipping charge was essentially wasted since the delay occurred before the order was even sent out.
What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Aside from the automated order confirmation, I received no meaningful updates. When I finally reached customer support, I was told to expect another 7–10 business days of waiting. By that point, the total delay had already exceeded two weeks.
Poor customer service, unreliable shipping, and a lack of communication are deal-breakers for me. I could have saved money and likely received the same items faster from many other online retailers.

I paid for faster shipping too, because timeliness is important.

EIO has great products to choose from at a low price. My only gripe is that it took about a month to get my goods...
Scam sight
Ordered a grip for my AR in April, was supposed to ship within 2 weeks. It's June 1st and they won't even respond to my emails.
Be wary, shady company
I ordered and paid in full for a product that was clearly advertised with free shipping and a time of delivery. Product was supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks. I contacted the company and finally heard back after 3 weeks they then told me that they needed more money before they could ship. They said they messed up and could not do free shipping and I would need to pay $200 more to get product. Of course I complained and said I would not pay as I had already waited 3 weeks and had a completed sales agreement. They refused to honor their agreement and would not ship the product. Buy at your own risk with this shady business

Purchaed an All Purpose Cleaner…
Purchaed an All Purpose Cleaner Meguier's Detailer bottle they advertised on their website but they sent me a plain Meguier's bottle then when I questioned them they said they didn't have the one they're STILL advertising! Said I could send it back but that wouldn't have been worth it cost wise! Should of just refunded my money! Be wary of ordering from these guys you just don't know what you'll get!

terrible CS experience
I ordered a set of ceramic screwdrivers from EIO through Walmart.com. The order was fulfilled by EIO in Torrance CA. I received a set of driver bits instead of what I ordered, worth about $5 wholesale. I contacted Denise in their CS department. She told me to return it thru Walmaart for a credit and said she did not have them in stock. I went to EIO's direct site and ordered for pickup. Two days later, I went to cancel that pickup order and I got a "they're ready for pickup" email. I asked Denise to swap my pickup order for my incorrectly fulfilled Walmart order. She wouldn't. Guess what, my Walmart order was $18 and EIO.com's price was $48. She said she would if she had it in stock. See my dilemma??? A few weeks earlier, I purchased a bottle of flux from EIO. I went ahead and returned the driver bits and will never buy from them again. Terrible CS experience.

They sent the wrong item. Called them talked to them, they said they would get back to me and never did. Thank God for PayPal I got my money back... Wouldn't buy from.

Ordered some snips for next day air
Ordered some snips for next day air. They sat in California for a week - got them more than a week later. I realized they have no control over USPS, however I did pay for expedited shipping and they will not refund the cost of shipping. They could file a claim with USPS. Not very friendly customer service and seem reluctant to help in any way.
Was sent a defective tool then got the run around
I’m a block mason with over twenty years in the industry. I ordered a trowel and line pin. The delivery came quickly but on inspecting the trowel i noticed that the blade on it was very poorly crafted, it was thin in places it was supposed to be thick and thick in places i shouldn’t be. Altogether lopsided and uneven. Any tradesman knows the value of a well made tool and this was far from that.
I didn’t blame eio, as they didn’t manufacture it themselves, so I gave them the chance to make it right. Now they’re giving me the run around telling me take it up with the manufacturer. I’m telling them I’d rather just return it than go on wild goose chase. We’ll see what happens next, but totally disappointed at the moment
