Ich bin extrem enttÀuscht von meinem Kauf bei HAVA.
Ich habe eine Waschmaschine bestellt, die bereits defekt bei mir angekommen ist. Statt eine angemessene Lösung anzubieten, wurde mir vorgeschlagen, ein Ersatzteil zugeschickt zu bekommen, das ich selbst einbauen soll â obwohl ich keinerlei Fachkenntnisse habe.
Noch unverschÀmter ist, dass ich die Maschine auf eigene Kosten zurÃŒcksenden soll, obwohl es sich um ein groÃes und schweres GerÀt handelt und der Defekt eindeutig nicht von mir verursacht wurde. Eine RÃŒcksendung ist ohne Originalverpackung kaum möglich und zudem extrem teuer.
Der Kundenservice ist absolut nicht kundenorientiert und versucht offensichtlich, Verantwortung auf den KÀufer abzuwÀlzen.
Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier gröÃere oder teure GerÀte zu bestellen. Im Problemfall wird man allein gelassen.

I bought a Hava R09 table top dishwasher from Amazon. It arrived with a dish rack that was different to the multiple pictures on the product page. After looking I could see Iâd received the one listed on the cheaper R01 dishwasher. I contacted Hava support to get this sorted. They responded quickly, letting me know that the new dish rack is only
part of the US version not the UK version. They then apologised and offered to provide me with the dish rack. I accepted as I was happy to keep the dishwasher if I got the dish rack on the product page. So far, I was happy with the service provided and they seemed to be correcting their mistake.
Unfortunately, shortly after this they sent me a link to their paypal and asked me to pay for the dish rack if I wanted to receive it. I was honestly shocked to see that they were asking for me to pay for their mistake. They claimed as the UK version isnât supposed to have that part, but they donât seem to realise that what is on the product page that I bought from is what is important. I responded by pointing them towards the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which states clearly that it is their duty to correct their mistake and to provide the missing part. (unless they are unable to do so, in which case refund)
In this scenario it isnât just bad customer service to try to upcharge me for their mistake, but it is actually illegal in the UK. After a few emails back and forth, they have confirmed that they are refusing to replace the part despite making it clear that they have it, and have suggested it is a âgesture of goodwillâ for them to offer for me to only pay for some of it. (international shipping costs)
It is always disappointing when a company prioritises a tiny amount of extra profit over doing the right thing, but breaking the law to do so even after being provided with the parts of the law they are breaking is quite something.
To clarify, the customer service agents were polite and this review is not reflective of any product quality. They simply mis-sold me a dishwasher and are refusing to fix their mistake despite being legally obligated to do so. Unfortunately I canât really give more than 1* for violating consumer rights.

Everything they have stated in their response was already stated in emails between us so thereâs not much point in me responding to it here. They donât seem to understand that saying âthatâs the part for the UK versionâ doesnât change that they advertised the US version. Though theyâve somewhat acknowledged that they did that, but still want me to pay for it? Confusing, but they arenât changing their mind even after being quoted UK law so no point continuing the back on forth.
FINAL UPDATE:
Fortunately for HAVA (and myself) Amazon looked over the situation and decided to provide me with a £45 partial refund which is the cost of the dish rack on HAVAâs website. They agreed, but said from their POV it wouldnât be worth liasing either HAVA when they had already made their stance clear. Itâs a shame that money comes from Amazon and HAVA financially get away with it, but I can see why it wouldnât be worth the effort from Amazonâs POV. They said theyâve submitted a ticket for an internal investigation on HAVAâs product page, but as HAVA have suggested theyâll update it âimmediatelyâ, I imagine nothing comes of that.
Whilst thereâs no point in taking HAVA to a small claims court as Amazon have already made their corrections, I have contacted Citizens Advice which is free legal advice in the UK. They agreed that HAVA violated UK consumer rights and have filed a report on my behalf to Trading Standards. I imagine nothing will come of this, and Iâm certainly done with it unless I hear back, but I urge others to avoid a company that knowingly breaks consumer law for inches of extra profit.

I had some trouble with my package and costumer service was super helpful, responded quickly and gave many methods to solve the issue.
Absolutely love this product. I bought the countertop R09 dishwasher due to my injured hand and I don't have any regrets. It's easy to set up and operate. The results are fantastic! Super sparkling! I'm very pleased with this. I use it twice a week with a small dishwasher tablet. I add salt due to hard water area. I also want to especially mention A from customer service for her fantastic communication about a problem I had with my delivery. She was absolutely able to empathise with the situation and was ð¯ efficient in her communication with me. Hava were able to rectify the delivery situation straight away and were super understanding! Great customer service and I am so pleased I ordered directly from their website.
Customer Support was helpful, problem oriented, cooperative and supporting in finding a solution to resolve the matter. The final solution was fully satisfactory.
Had a few issues with the dishwashers I was receiving and Arya at customer support was very helpful in trying to sort out the issues. She gave detailed and informative advice. Unfortunately I had to return 2 x machines as they were faulty, but the return process was smooth and they accommodated the days that I chose for collection. All in all must say customer service from them has been great.
We bought a tabletop dishwasher, and customer service has been poor since it stopped working less than six months after initial purchase within warranty. Initial evidence that was provided of a fault was deemed non-sufficient for a repair that was clearly needed, and now we are being asked to rerun a clearly faulty machine to get more of the same evidence that has already been provided. It's been a month since the request was made and we are well within the warranty, it is unusable and leaking, and yet we are not being offered a repair. The machine was great until this; so I would avoid this supplier on the grounds of their poor attitude towards warranty

AprÚs quelques échanges dont des vidéos faites sur leurs instructions, un diagnostic a été posé: la porte vitrée était disfonctionnelle et ils.ont toit organisé pour m'en procurer une neuve. J'ai même eu droit à un tutoriel vidéo pour procéder au remplacement moi-même.
Donc satisfaction totale pour moi.

So excited to get this dishwasher. It worked twice and then stopped working. I discovered a crack in the top where the door closes on the inside. Contacted HAVA and I provided all the documentation requested and received a new dishwasher one week later. Iâm so happy with my choice. It cleans the dishes perfectly and holds more than you think it can with some strategic loading. It saves so much time! I love it!
Customer service was great! They got back to me every 24 hours. I chose to buy this directly from HAVA instead of Amazon because of how they described customer service on their website. Working great for a month now.
