They are very respectful there was no rush like some places and everything we asked to be done was very good I stand by my review the only thing amiss is my husband nazzareno sammut was cremated that day so this should have been addressed to me not him thank you

SUPERB SERVICE
Everything from start to finish was Exceptional. Caring, empathetic, thoughtful and above all listened to the family wishes. Also gave us time when needed. Cannot fault anything and my father's funeral was also conducted by Carrells, Havant.

Very professional, but sympathetic to our families needs.
A beautiful place to go a visit loved ones, the grounds are immaculate...a very peaceful place to sit and reflect.

Just have to thank Searsons for making a sad day a very special one.From the first time we walked in to arrange everything with Bonnie,to the flowers ,to collecting my hubbies ashes it was all done with friendliness & an informality that put us all at ease.Thank you Andy for everything you have done to make the day memorable,with those extra special touches & Thank you Alfie for your help.Thank you again from the Robson family ,

I felt very well looked after
I felt very well looked after, as we were having our
own Pianist, she was able to have a practice first at another time to sort out the music and practice the
readings, that was very helpful. At the service every
thing went very smoothly. Thank you.

The window wall and wildlife is a welcome distraction
To have the window wall behind the celebrant gives people an opportunity to distract from the sorrow of the service, the abundance of wildlife was amazing and made the whole thing more bearable.

I would recommend this setting
My Sister and I were made to feel very welcome and at ease on our initial visit. The room for the service is lovely with views out to the landscaping. We were able to make the service personal which I really appreciated.
The driveway to the crematorium is confusing now, as it is shared with a housing estate which is rather peculiar.
