Absolute brilliant service from start to finish, we were kept updated all through the process from picking mum up to the return of the ashes, I would highly recommend Distinct cremations.

Maxine was kind, understanding, very efficient and easy to talk to. I thought the whole process worked very well and found it more personal than using a traditional Funeral Director as I have in the past, when my parents died.

I will definitely buy a funeral plan with them.

Excellent service, they gave Excellent guidance and kept me fully informed every step of the process. Kerry was so lovely to me and checked in with me each step. I can't recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Kerry who truly did make this difficult time that little bit easier.

The representative Dylan was very friendly & professional. He explained my plan details clearly and was more than happy to explain anything in the plan that I was unsure of. He did as he said and followed up with a phone call to check I received my plan details and that all was in order . I would 100% recommend this company what could have been a difficult time was made easy to arrange by Dylan who answered my call . I purchased a prepaid future plan .

The telephone conversation was informative, contained everything I needed to know.

Tracy was fab, explained everything clearly and easy to understand what we were paying for. The plans were also very easy to set up over the phone. Would def recommend this company to everyone.

I can't speak highly enough about the service and total compassion that I received following the passing of my dear husband.
He made it clear that he didn't want a fuss as he called it and I'd highly recommend Distinct who carried out his wishes.
Sarah was lovely she called each time to update me and support me verbally also they have a bereavement number for support afterwards.
Definitely the best choice I made for my husband.

If it were possible I would give Distinct Cremations an extra star or a +. My wife died unexpectedly without a funeral plan in place. I panicked and rang around for a solution as my wife had made her wishes very clear. Only Distinct cremations took the time to listen to my needs and provide solutions. They then explained what they would do and the sequence of events. Maxine was my main point of contact but all staff were attentive and considerate. The video tribute is essential although heartbreaking. Could not have asked for better service.

I had never directly dealt with a death of a loved one and all that it entails so to say I was daunted was an understatement but the minute I contacted Distinct Cremations that instantly changed I talked to a lovely lady Sarah Miller who said she would deal with everything and I wasn't to worry the pressure it took off me was immense and she was to be my contact throughout it is a fantastic service and so personal thank you
