We bought Haven furniture for our newly renovated bathroom in the end 2024. We wanted to buy something with higher quality, which would help us to avoid/postpone future humidity damages and were ready to pay higher price than IKEA. Sales person from Kakelspecialisten recommended Haven.
One year later we discovered multiple damages (5) in different places on the chest (next to the shower and opposite side of the shower). Contacted the sales person who contacted Haven and then the blaming started. According to them it all was our fault nad the product quality it perfect. All our arguments/proofs/photos that ventilation is working, shower glass door sealed, floor is always heated, bathroom door is always open (due cat's sandbox) etc. were completely dismissed.
They offered us 50% discount, without delivery and installation costs and gave us ultimatum: Take it or leave it.
I'm pretty sure that the story would be different with IKEA after one year of installation. I guess, next time we would avoid smaller local producers and stick to bigger international ones.
So, keep it in mind when you deal with Haven.
