Pure junk, this is why you can't trust Chinese products, look at all the bad reviews, I should have researched this b.s product first. Very disappointed and will not willing buy from China, it's just a scam.

If i could give zero stars i would. This company is a SCAM/FRAUD! We hooked up the console the day we got in and nothing worked. Sent the video to them and now they want use to purchase a new hdmi and send them another video. They try to hold you past the 30 days policy. They don’t even stand by their own policy, Satisfaction guaranteed or money back. It doesn’t say jump through hoops and purchase new cords and then get money back. I’m done messing with them. I’ve contacted my card services and they said they will handle it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Purchased this All8Bit and requested a cancelation of the order less than 1 hour after purchase. There website says you can cancel up to 12 hours after purchase. However, they still processed the order even after being notified multiple times. Buyer Beware as that is shady business practices.

System is shot in 2 months. Micro SD card failed and NO service.

Their website is so misleading and totally dishonest. I should have done my research first and avoided wasting over £100. I was feeling apprehensive when it turned up and my fears were justified. I had a very bad experience trying to get the games to work. MANY wouldn't even load. Some had no sound, several wouldn't respond to the controller. A few I tried had foreign lingo making them unplayable. One game, Galaxians, crashed the computer and doesn't work. Even early titles on the Intellivision just wouldn't work. Also, I played around with the resolution but couldn't prevent some of the game border off the top of the TV screen so you couldn't see the score properly. The list goes on. Then, less than an hour after receiving the item, the main screen has just failed. All you see now is just lots of lines so impossible to select any games. The website says no game lag, crashes or glitches 'guaranteed', and crystal clear graphics which is all a lie as far as I'm concerned. They say 100% money back. You've got NO chance of getting your money back. In fact their claim is laughable. Just look at the negative reviews. Be very cautious when buying directly from China otherwise you may find yourself being ripped off like I have. Don't be taken in by the nonsense on their website. A lot of what you read is rubbish.

My game console frozen and games would not load, 2 months after purchase, nermous emails back to the company they gave instructions on how to reset which does not work and i get a german message stating "try again" I would not recommend this company and definitely NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. ABISMAL COMPANY.

Please do not buy anything from this company! Save your money and time. Time is something that should never be wasted and this company wasted a lot of my time making me do things for them when they should have been helping me and sending me new controllers that work. They do not care about you and will never refund you your money.

Good luck getting your money back. Some of the games didn't work for me. No sound on any of games. Some of the games were inverted on the screen. I've been back and forth with them for about a month now. They keep wanting me to send them videos of what's going on. They have asked for so many videos...it's getting to the point that I think they just want to know what the inside of my house looks like. Very creepy. I would not buy!

Received All8bit G11 Pro with two controllers. Neither controller works with the console (wasted money). They have many games that nostalgic players will like -- BUT -- many of those same games don't play the game music (Danger Girl and Darkstone games from the PS1 do not play their music), many games don't play the cut scenes (Parasite Eve, for example, does not play the cut scenes, so the story is lost.), many games show the screen too big and it cuts off the edges of the visible game area (X-Men, Darkstone do this, makes the games unplayable), and finally: a few of the games crash the console and do not load up -- so you really did not get those games. Many of the games seem to work fine (game boys and such), but overall: this is a BIG LETDOWN and a BIG PROBLEM. So: I have decided to turn it in for a 30 day money back guarantee... only to find there is no customer support (even though the site says there is ), so returning this product (I have found out) is going to be difficult. This was a bad - bad - bad purchase: I do not recommend this product.

Ordered the module and 2 controllers. Only 1 controller works. followed their instructions to make a video and went through their troubleshooting list. Then they want to start all over with another video, just not worth the effort anymore, and the service was terrible meant to wear you out so you give up. Do not order this product falls short.

Garbage , that's £108 I'll never get back. Cheap tat that's probably worth about 30 quid. can't believe I got suckered in by the non-stop Facebook ads. Customer service is shocking, Will claim with my Credit card to get the charge reversed Should have just bought a controller for my firestick instead and used a rom site

Defective game console with gameplay and they do not even come close to honoring their guarantee. All games we played had major gameplay glitches They’ll take your money and then run you around in circles until you stop contacting them.

Mine arrived with a none UK 3-pin charger and a non usable N64 controller due the socket being of a Game Cube style and not USB. Support have been very slow in sorting the issue. I can't use it and I spent over £200

Communication has been good so far. There was a tracking issue that turned out to be an error on my part. Delivery from China was 9 days, not bad all things considered.

There are many duplicate games as others have noted and the unincluded games don't worry me until I try adding them myself. I've had some issue with one controller's spotty connecting.
The only real problem, and it's a very serious one, is saving. In-game saves and save states both like to revert to old data that should have been overwritten with new save data after powering on the unit. I'm reserving judgement until I hear from thier troubleshooting team but if it can't be resolved the value of the unit as a whole is significantly degraded.
UPDATE to save using either method, you have to exit out of the game back to the games selection menu before powering off the unit.

From the advertising I didn’t realise this was a Chinese product shipped directly from china but thought well hopefully it will live up to some expectations, several specific games I wanted to play. I could play them, if:

I learn Brazilian to play Silent Hill, yes the game works but my Brazilian isn’t up to scratch to enjoy it.

Ok, so medal of honour, a true PS1 classic, great, but you need to learn of all languages, German to play it. Yes the entire game is in German.

Ok, medal of honour underground. Can’t change the controller configuration, so it’s basically unplayable and the game play is jumpy and awful to control.

Chucked it in a cupboard now, it will probably stay there until I have a clear out and end up in the bin. Don’t waste your time, money or believe the utter rubbish reviews on Facebook or the like.

Avoid this company at all costs. Check any review online and you will see this is a garbage product. It won't work or barely works. Also, they will ship to you from China which will take a very long time, and they will refuse to cancel your order unless you cancel it within 24 hours, even if it hasn't been received. Avoid this company at all costs, much better options from honest sellers who will stand behind their product, not trap you into over paying for garbage.

I received my console yesterday. The order went well. I was able to track it from start to finish, and the box was received in good condition. 5/5 stars for this.

I got the console, and got it working on my TV. I have a 77" OLED, and figured it would be hilarious to see the 8-bit graphics so horribly displayed. I wasn't disappointed! :D Installation and setup was straightforward. I will note the cord to the power supply is woefully small - I had to use an extension cord for it to reach a power source. The controllers and a remote require AAA batteries. No biggie, just something to note. Turned the unit on, and voila! Big, beautiful screen with all the promised games to choose from!

BUT... no sound. not a peep. Puzzled, since the HDMI should have provided sound as well as video, I checked the box and found an AV port. It appears audio is not given through HDMI. Bummer! so, installation: 3/5 stars

Speaking of controllers: They are fine, I suppose. Obviously not premium quality. They are comfortable, and remind me a lot of the typical Playstation Controllers. They are excellent for handling most of the games available. Now, there are many atari 2600 games that you need paddle controllers for, and you're out of luck on those. 3/5

Game Play: Ok, here's the big downer. Yes, the games are available, and playable. However, the unit is underpowered. Any console newer than the Super NES (N-64, Playstation) has a notable frame rate that is barely adequate, and sometimes not adequate at all. I tried playing Gauntlet Legends, which is an N-64 game, and it was so slow I felt like I was watching under-water tai chi. Completely unplayable. 1/5 stars

Also, there is notable controller lag with the controllers provided. As in, you press a button, and you'll see a reaction to the press on screen about 10 ms later. If you're playing any twitch game, this will likely break your tv as you throw your controller at it. And forget any of the pinball games, or golf games, or... well, any game that requires precise movement or timing. 2/5 stars

Games: Oh, there are definitely over 100,000 games. however, MANY of the games are the same game, just from different areas of the world. There's a Super Mario Brothers from United States, and from Japan, and from the UK. This is fine, actually. After all, this is an internationally sold console. That said, there really are a TON of games available! 4/5 stars.

I'm having issues with the controllers. I just received the system in the mail. Neither one of my controllers will let me go left or right and I have tried to remap it several times. There is no phone number to help me get in contact with anyone and I spent $150.00 on this. Any advice

Scam they charged my debit card. No tracking number no order number. I've emailed several times with no response at all. I will have to cancel with my bank. The have no problem stealing money .

From the beginning it was great and after a few days turned awful…I bought this for two games specifically! To which I could play neither properly. Metal Gear Solid for the PlayStation started out great! Nostalgia kicked in immediately, until I tried to pick a weapon. It would just open and close the weapon selector like I was pressing the button and releasing it at a fast rate. Final fantasy tactics advanced for the Gameboy Advanced. Again started well, played for a couple of days and then it stopped saving my progress. After a few days and many wasted hours I attempted to reach out for help. All the advice they tried to give me I did prior to reaching out on multiple occasions. I the person whom I was emailing at one point was at times very condescending and super unhelpful essentially pushing it off not reading my messages properly and no response what so ever after a couple of messages back and forth. Just so disappointed.
