A big thank you to Sveta at Haven GSL for my recent mortgage application and the ones before!
Over the last few years Sveta has helped me submit a couple of mortgage / re-mortgage applications. She has guided me through every step of the mortgage process, explaining clearly the different options available and dealing with the Lenders when queries arise. Even when the property transaction does not go to plan, she provides support and guidance on the different options available. Buying a new home or re-mortgaging can be stressful, but Sveta has made this part of the process a lot more easy! I will definitely recommend Sveta and the team at Haven GSL to my colleagues and friends.

Sveta helped me with my re-mortgage and additional borrowing recently. She is very methodical and clear in her communication and was able to get me the best deal in double quick time. I will definitely be working with her again in the future.

A workmate recommended Sveta Kholi directly, specifically because I was new to being a contractor (I had less than one year's accounts) and was finding it hard to find a mortgage. Sveta was as good as the recommendation said, and I quickly had the mortgage offer I needed.

My new mortgage is a loan for nearly twice as much as my last one, but it's a good rate (for at least 5 years) and little more than my old one was. I'm very satisfied.

Contacted Haven for some assistance with a remortgage. We had struggled previously as both myself and my partner are self employed / contractors so a lot of places weren't too keen on assisting us.

We got an advisor called Sveta who has been absolutely fantastic in terms of getting us over the line and arranging a remortgage for us. She has been tireless in her efforts to help us and stayed in constant contact with us to try and get all the information she needed to discuss. Often she would be emailing way outside of office hours to help get additional information or update us on new developments. Some of the additional hoops that we had to jump through were ridiculous but Sveta was really on top of things and has managed to deliver a remortgage that works for us, which prior to contacting Haven, seemed like it would be impossible.

I cant recommend her highly enough, and my other dealings with Haven advisors have also been very positive.

Haven Global Strategies were excellent in finding a contractor mortgage . Our consultant was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the process . The level of service was also excellent and our consultant dealt with all our enquiries promptly and efficiently . I would definitely use this service for our next mortgage .
