A very professional, efficient and friendly service.
I was most impressed with Joe's explanations of everything, working in advance of deadlines and clearly communicating all the steps to efficiently transfer a pension to my SIPP. Dealing with Mark as the pension specialist was also reassuring. As an ex-IFA-stockbroker I saw the other side of the industry which was not always impressive, so it was a relief to get my transfer sorted professionally and without a fuss, as promised. Thanks.

Financial & Pension Advice
Due to approaching retirement my husband and I wanted to understand our financial position and also explore taxing advantage of the 25% lump tax free sum. We were recommended to Haven and Mark by a family member and have been delighted with the service throughout. We were lucky that we got our first consultation before Covid and was face to face, that being said though we have had regular meetings since virtually and all have been fruitful and informative.
We were very clear on all the information and all was explained in terms that we could understand resulting in us being able to make an informed decision that suited us.
Mark is very approachable and no question or query is too much and the responses are always prompt and regular catchups have ensured we are always fully up to date on our financial position.

Would recommend!
Great team. Very professional and responsive. I’d consider myself as a complex international case and Georgia grasped my situation and was able to make a swift and appropriate assessment. Upfront understanding of fees that were in line with the pension value under review.
