I orderd a leather coat for my partner. We are both very happy with it. The coat is exceptional quality and extremely well made. We used the size guide to order the correct size. My partner usually orders a medium everything so dont be fooled, please make sure you measure and order the correct size. Luckily we did and it fit perfectly but the customer care team do email you straight away to re-check and submit all of your measurements before they begin making the item. Highly recommend and will be ordering again. I wish they had womens items on there!

The customer service was top notch! They caught that some of our measurements didn't seem to be entered correctly and made sure that the jacket we received was the correct size. The jacket is made well and we are happy with the quality of it (plus it was stylish). Shipping was quick.

Delivery was quick, customer service amazing. The quality of the coat is great. Love this company will use again

I would recommend Hawk & Bull to anyone looking for a custom fitting suit. Hawk & Bull was EXTREMELY proactive and responsive. They made sure everything was ran by me prior to even beginning the suit, which made me feel way better. They even took photos of my current suits to ensure the sizing was correct.

I received my suit on time and it fits PERFECTLY. No tailoring needed.

I bought a leather jacket and was very pleased with the excellent quality and value. My whole experience with the company was faultless and the personal contact and updates from Ahmed were great...they even sent an email post-delivery to check on the arrival and that i was happy with the product.

Honestly, this company is really fantastic.
I ordered the retro cafe racer jacket for my partner as a surprise. I wanted to get him a jacket for his bike (he rides a motorcycle) the only bit of criticism I will say is that the product description stated it was real leather, and as it was described as a racer jacket, it led me to believe this would be a jacket worthy for bike riding…however the leather is not tough and even though the jacket arrived and it had the “real leather” sticker on it, it does not resemble or feel like leather at all - it would not protect you when riding a bike.
With this being said, my partner loves the jacket anyway, it’s lightweight and fits him perfectly. The design is fantastic and compliments my partner in his day to day outerwear.
During ordering I was unsure if the sizing would be suitable for my partner so when emailing the company to ask for help with sizing the staff member I was emailing back and forth with, was incredibly respectful and helpful.
He suggested to opt for a custom made jacket which was £30 extra, which may seem like a lot if your tight on money - but it was so worth it.
I sent over my partners measurements and I’d always be greeted with extremely fast responses from the company.
They even messaged back a few times to double check the sizing and measurements sent.
If the typical sizes sounded like they weren’t quite right…and low and behold when re measuring my partner, we got a slightly different size, they would correct this and make sure that each measurement was completely accurate before beginning to make the jacket to the custom size of my partner.
So they were extremely helpful with this side of things.
I will definitely order from hawk & bull again.
But again, the only criticism I would say is to make sure jackets (specifically biker style jackets) aren’t misleading to customers.

All together though, I had a great experience with this company.

My brother and I ordered the beige 3 piece suits for a wedding. We procrastinated on ordering them but still received our order with time to spare. I ordered a suit for my friends wedding and short notice I could not provide my measurement, but I provided my height and weight and they made a suit that was perfect. The material was good. The shipping time was fast and the service was top-notch. I definitely recommend.
