This was a gift for my son and didn’t disappoint. He loves it. As a customer, I also really appreciated the ease with which I was able to liaise with the company re size and delivery. Their communication and customer service is excellent.

True to its size - it really fits my body. Nice texture and very warm.

I'm really delighted with my new jacket. H&B supported me the whole way through the choosing and buying experience (thanks Ahmed!), and while there was a small hitch, it was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I'll buy from this company again in the future.

The coat was lovely but there was a minor detailing error which to the company's credit they put right straight away without quibbling and communicated with me very professionally. Recommended.

MISLEADING! False advertising. Claim to be a British company in London. In reality they are a Pakistani company which claim to start manufacturer after receiving payment. After weeks and a lot of resistance I was surprised to get a refund. Don't deal with this company.

Never received my item, Emailed and called several times and they would not respond. I spoke to Fedex as well who said the issued needed to be submitted by Hawk & Bull for the item to be found or reimbursed, and the Hawk & Bull staff would not respond.

It took me a while to finally decide to place an order with Hawk &Bull but I'm so glad I eventually did.

The communication was honestly the best I've experienced anywhere.

I originally had questions about the order process and the promise to ask sizing information after ordering the product. I was immediately contacted by Ahmed explaining that I'd receive a form to fill out extensive measurements which would be used to make sure the jacket fits perfectly and that is exactly what happened. I asked if the jacket would arrive before Christmas an again Ahmed said it might but was honest enough to say that due to work load he couldn't guarantee it - that honesty made my mind up for me. I was informed throughout the process and indeed the jacket arrived in two weeks and in time for Christmas.

In short, the jacket is great, the communication is top rate and I would highly recommend using them

Order came really quick. Coat is just like on the site. Great quality, great customer service, they email to ensure received item and also check before sending if the sizes are correct or need to be changed. This is the second coat ive brought the first one was years ago and still looks brand new, quality is great

i was looking for a really good leather trench coat. unfortunately i found a lot of so called trench coats. not going past the knees. i was afraid because of the columbine shootings. trench coats of that length have been banned from the fashion industry forever. i stumbled upon this company. took a snapshot (thank god i did) i tried looking for the website the next day & couldn’t find it. looked through their selection and found something similar to what i was looking for. this company is very precise on measurement of your jack, coat and blazer. they emailed me one day saying my shoulders and length of my arm. didn’t go well with my proportion of my body. all i could do is pull out a blazer from my closet. with a measuring tape and take a picture. i apologize to them if my pictures weren’t helpful. a few days later got the leather trench coat. tried it on (felt like a million bucks wearing it) the leather did not disappoint at all. i had bought a trench coat from eBay. (years ago) cheap (looked like frankenstein’s monster put it together) Hawk and Bull do not disappoint. id definitely buy from them again. (if you’re reading this. my sincere thanks for the coat)

Really fabulous coat, great quality, looks very chic. Considering it's a tailored coat, very much worth the cost.

Leather jacket is great quality

I’m really enjoying the jacket I had ordered and was very pleased to have one of them check in with me to get my measurements right so it could be a perfect fit. Shipping and delivery was fast and arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the jacket is amazing and is perfectly crafted!

Wonderful product, high quality and great fit. International shipping to USA so it took a bit of time to arrive but that was to be expected.
