Good customer service via the online chat given my limited knowledge of the product required

Excellent customer service and super fast shipping. Honestly just such a lovely company to deal with. Have been using them for a couple of years now and I find them to be so honourable and they have always gone over and above to help me with any issue I may have. I love them. Would and have recommended wholeheartedly!

Excellent company to deal with, high quality products

I had been out of the country and had ordered products from hawksley to be delivered on my return.
I was not able to receive products on my return, I then emailed Hawksley for assistance and an update. This company could not do enough for myself, they were professional, on point, continuing updates until I received my products early the next day.
I shall be using this company again, and Will advise all my associates.

Would haven given 5 stars but delivery driver literally threw it over my fence as I wasn't in, DESPITE it saying fragile handle with care and also a note saying leave with neighbour.

We regularly make purchases from Hawksley, and have always had really positive experiences. They are very efficient in dealing with queries and orders, and in particular were extremely helpful with troubleshooting some issues we were experiencing with a centrifuge. Hawksley are one of our 'go to' suppliers, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The Cough-Lok Belt is amazing! I purchased it to help when I have colds/cough post Pneumothorax & Pleurodesis, it feels so secure & helps my pain when coughing & sneezing. Highly recommended!
