Terrible experience. My parcel was never delivered - the courier faked my signature, then when pressed, they lied that "a lady picked up the goods". I was not at the address at the time and can easily prove it - and no other woman lives in my building.
I got in touch with Hayabusa. All they did was open a ticket with Fedex for me, even though they should be the ones communicating with Fedex not me - I am Hayabusa's client. Fedex never acknowledged my email that their employee lied and I can prove it. My parcel was most likely stolen by him.

I explained this to Hayabusa as well and didn't hear back, despite a follow up. This was my first purchase and I will never buy from them again.

my shipping arrived 10 days after I placed the order. I am a new customer so I chose to shop on your official website for a slight new member discount. I don’t think I will ever shop on it again. Your store on Amazon offer same price but ships so much faster. I missed a weekly training session because of the slow shipping.

The double strap is really what sold me. Having my wrist feel tight but no too tight that it is uncomfortable. Currently I have a minor wrist injury and with those gloves I can hit the bag more comfortably and the double straps compliments the hand wraps to fully support your wrists when hitting the bag. 10/10!

Gloves and wraps got here when they were supposed to. The gloves are excellent, great quality.

Shipping took awhile but it was worth the wait. The gear is on the thicker side- but I take it as a plus since my previous gear brands just got very thin over time as a heavy hitter that spars 5-6 times per week. I love the color of the natural leather. I’ve received so many compliments on my new gear. Stylish and protective- the best of both worlds!
Hyabusa is really worth the price. High quality gear that I’m looking forward to lasting me more than 6 months!

This is my first pair of quality gloves, so far they seem top notch. Had never used quick wraps before so I was a little hesitant but they work great when paired with the t360 leather gloves. Unfortunately I did not receive the free handwraps that was advertised.

My order shipped nearly the very same day I placed it. The handwraps are so soft and comfortable, the design is clear. Everything is fantastic

I ordered on the 31st March, it's now the 18th April and I haven't received anything or had any correspondence regarding my order.
I keep looking at the tracking of my items and it looks like they still haven't been shipped.

The hoodie’s color bled and stained weird on my white/grey hoodie. I washed it without detergent on cold on light cycle and the color bled anyways. I don’t use bleach ever in my washer and I only washed it with the matching sweatpants. The hood string got knotted up too and it’s curled now. The sweatpants were totally fine. I don’t get what happened this this hoodie, but it’s disappointing for sure. I didn’t even get to wear it yet.

It was easy to navigate, the prices don't hurt as much as other companies, the variety is fantastic, and I look forward to investing more.
