Best customer service ever

Not only was my product amazing but when i had a sizing issue their customer service was the best i have ever encountered in my entire life when it came to exchanging. Customer for life.

Excellent quality &Great service

The quality of the gloves are unmatched. Definitely worth the cost. The company also has great customer service. I was able to try different gloves because returns and exchanges were easy to do. I’d recommend them to any woman boxer who is concerned about a good fit.

Ive been training with Hayabusa gear…

Ive been training with Hayabusa gear for 25 years now.
Gloves, shin guards, shorts and grappling gear.
Every item I have purchased and used has been stellar in every way.
I have even bought a few pairs of gloves for some students and they love them too.
Keep up the great work!

Try harder

Can’t fault the gloves. But took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. When they did it was purely a pair of gloves in a box! No carry bag. No booklet no freebies. I brought many pairs of boxing gloves these where considerably the most expensive pair, frankly they the presentation was underwhelming. And I’ve received much better service and excitement when opening from much lesser glove manufacturers

Great customer service overall

Great customer service overall. My package didn’t arrive on time when I was in US, and I had to fly back to Singapore. But they apologised for the situation and quickly gave solutions and shipped it over to Singapore within a week. Thank you for the quality service, truly appreciate it.
