I have worked extensively with Haymarket management for an extended period of time now and I have nothing but great things to say. Professional, reliable and very responsive, real attention to detail on all blocks thy manage. I deal with Harry Sutton smith, Beth Karaski, Charlie Tombs & Joe Martin. Couldn’t ask for more!

I had a very positive experience with manager Harrison Wood. He was always quick to respond to emails, very polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His communication was friendly and professional, which made the whole process much easier and less stressful. I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend him.

I requested 2 separate issues in the apartment block to be addressed, and both times the issues were resolved very quickly. Thank you

Harrison wood was soo helpful. I left my keys somewhere and was worried about getting in to my flat but he arranged it so I would be able to get in and someone would help me late at night. Was very accommodating and replied so fast which settled my worries.

Great service from Harrison and liaison with the Sales and Lettings Team. A member of the latter was visiting The Gallery today and a drop-off of key cards was arranged to my property. Now, that doesn't sound too big a task but it is quite often these little details of life that are forgotten about but can end up being crucial. In this case to get into the property!

Easy to get hold of, Harrison was very helpful and has great communication. Always had positive experience.

I have recently dealt directly with Harrison Wood for help on two separate issues. As an ex Customer Service Manager of a global market leading company, I really appreciate excellent service. By excellent, I mean professional, timely and offering help with the customer's needs driving the solution. Harrison has done this on both occasions and I can say that he definitely adds value to Haymarket Management.

Hi, just a quick review on one of your security staff, Mohamed Salah, who was very helpful and helped me with fixing a fire door that was banging all night. He is very friendly with residents.

Harry our block manager has been great.
He’s shown continued enthusiasm, helpfulness, and efficiency. He responds to queries the same day and deals with any issues promptly and professionally.
When residents requested additional gym equipment, he arranged for it to be ordered and installed straight away, even though the gym had just been refurbished.
We’re grateful for his hard work and the difference it makes to our experience.

Haymarket were instrumental in helping us achieve control over our building. During the cladding crisis, we needed to form a Right To Manage company in order to take away building control from both a non-communicative, unhelpful freeholder and a badly performing management company that no tenant wanted any involvement with. With Haymarket's expertise and guidance, we took full control with our RTM, quickly resolved all cladding issues and appointed Haymarket as our managing agent. The building has been turned around completely, to what we all hoped for and wanted when we purchased our apartments. Remarkably, we have even been able to stabilise our monthly management fees and avoid increases. There was so much prior wastage and bad performance. Haymarket are an exceptional team; there are always little bumps but my confidence in them is very high.
