I was very disappointed with a lady named Saskia from the education law department, I found her to be very dismissive, and passive aggressive to my issues. Her tone seemed most inappropriate. I felt belittled, as if I was creating a fuss about nothing when actually it was a very serious issue that needed addressing legally as a matter of urgency .

It’s put me right if the company as a whole, and sadly I will not be approaching them again for any help after that experience.

I recently used HCB Solicitors and was helped by L'Wren Tremayne. I cannot recommend L'Wren highly enough, her confident support and personable nature hugely helped during a stressful time.

I’ve been represented by Claire Trundley on quite a protracted divorce and settlement case. She gave really great advice after our first meeting, so much so that I finally had the confidence to carry out a lot of the negotiation myself prior to getting Claire back on board for the legal bit, which helped manage my costs. There were a few niggles and issues along the way, but Claire listened to my concerns and did what she could to alleviate them.

This did take me a while to actually write this review, but when dealing with a case regarding my father, Amelia was fantastic in helping my father and myself to understand the legal documentation. If I ever have another problem, I know she would definitely be the best help out there for legal advice. Thank you so much

Natalie, Sue and the team dealt with my mothers Will, obtaining probate in a swift and timely manner. Dealt with all finial matters associated with the estate including the recovery of monies owed to the estate.
Raj and his team dealt with the sale of the property, which did take longer than expected, that was due to the purchasers.
Excellent service all round, kept us up to date throughout the process.

After a slow start to our House Sale, we were thankfully given a replacement solicitor. Yousaf Shah took over our house sale and Purchase with his assistant Emma Thomas. From this point everything ran very smoothly and efficiently and was processed quickly.
We were always given professional sound advice, and all queries were delt with promptly. They were very polite, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. With this I would have no hesitation in recommending Yousaf Shah of HCB Solicitors. Thank you for all your help.

Very poor family law service. Honestly, I'm simply disappointed. Poor service, poor management, poor advice, unclear pricing, overcharged work. I did most of the work myself in the end and the cost has still been in excess of £20,000. If you are looking for a solicitor to represent you in family law matter my simple advice is to go elsewhere that are more suitably qualified. In the end, I had to transfer my service from them as they simply stopped responding at a critical time. I have no words that can convey just had badly this has gone with them.
