Hi Kenneth,

We’re sorry to see this review, but we do want to clarify the timeline because the statement that your emails went unanswered is simply not accurate.

Your catcher’s mitt was ordered late Monday night on August 17 at 11:58 PM with our Glove Break-In Service, which is clearly advertised as requiring 7–10 business days before shipment on catcher's mitts. Processing therefore began the following business day, Tuesday August 18th.

You emailed us on August 19 at 2:20 PM, and our team responded at 2:35 PM — 15 minutes later. You contacted us again on August 21 at 11:20 AM, and we responded at 11:24 AM — just 4 minutes later.

Your glove was then completed and shipped via UPS on August 25, well within the advertised 7–10 business day break-in window.

We completely understand being excited to receive a new glove, especially after adding our break-in service, but we also want to be fair to our team when it comes to claims that we did not communicate or failed to ship an order on time. In this case, we responded to both emails within minutes and shipped the glove ahead of the advertised timeframe.

We appreciate your business and hope you love the glove once it arrives.

Good Morning Thomas,

We’re sorry to hear you’re having an issue, but we’re a little unsure of the situation based on the information available to us.

Please note that manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer, so we would not automatically be notified if there was an issue with your product. We also aren’t seeing any emails, calls, or other communication on your account regarding a warranty concern.

If you’re still having an issue, please give us a call at 888-540-2287. While we may not process the warranty claim directly, we’d be more than happy to help point you in the right direction and assist however we can.

Good Morning Iris,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your order to you. Unfortunately, shipping to Hawaii can sometimes be unpredictable—some packages arrive extremely quickly, while others can take 2–3 weeks depending on carrier routing, weather, and other transit delays.

Your order was placed on August 6 and shipped from our facility the same business day, August 6. From there, the tracking shows the package moving back and forth through the carrier’s shipping network before finally arriving in Honolulu on August 22.

Unfortunately, the combination of carrier delays and severe weather, including the hurricane activity during this timeframe, resulted in a much longer transit time than anyone would have liked. While the package left our facility immediately, we completely understand how frustrating it is to wait that long for an order.

We greatly appreciate your patience and your business. We’d also be happy to provide you with a discount code toward a future order as a thank-you for your understanding during the delay.
