ALIEN GREEN 💚
I originally ordered a few blue pieces but the website was to be updated the same day I ordered. They immediately got ahold of me via telephone and e-mail to sort the situation out. I changed my color and I even got a freebie. Super friendly and super fast and I love my pieces I got. They work fantastic and they are easy to CLEAN!

Not sure if this is a real company
I was wary of ordering with the previous reviews, but its the only place I could find a SolPod. After 2 weeks of no update I requested a refund. They told me that they were out of stock on certain items but didn't notify me. Avoid this website.

Hi Anthony, thank you for your feedback but we are happy to explain. You placed your order on May, 10th and wish to cancel it on May 16th since you mentioned it will not make it to your vacation.
Please note that the fulfillment timeframe is up to 3 business days and the Economy shipment timeframe will be between 2 and 7 business days. Also note, that the courier issues in delay and such are beyond our control.

The only item I have ever purchased…
The only item I have ever purchased from them was defective and was broken within the first time filling it. They gave me a refund but I was looking forward to having the actual product. Now I do not trust the other shops that sell these because i don't like this.

Waited a month
I ordered 3 items, 2 came. They changed one order because they didn’t have it and replaced it with something else, but it still didn’t come. I emailed them and they said that they were restocking and it’ll be in stock soon. Few more days went by and I emailed again, they still didn’t have it, but they offered me a refund.

They sent me a defective pipe I contacted them they said they would replace. One month later I get an e mail that says they have refunded me half the price. Will not ever
consider purchasing from them ever again.

Took months to get anything from them…
Took months to get anything from them and they all came in separate orders at different times I waited a minimum of a month for the first piece I didn’t even receive one and they have to refund me two months later!
