🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟heal.me has been a wonderful experience for me & my Energy Therapy business. Just like all of life there have been a couple of snags along the way, but nothing too complicated. What has made the experience so fabulous is the reps that I have worked with from the initial exploration call with Winn(no pressure just information & answering questions) to building my profile with Angie(thanks for being so patient & helpful) to having my website built by Chad (such an incredible job thank you so so much Chad!!!! 🧡🧡🧡) to a review call with Billy to improve my profile (so grateful Billy! 🙌🏼). All have been so kind and helpful and know their $h!t really well and are great at what they do! This team of folks seem to just want their providers/practitioners on their site to be successful in their respective businesses. Heal.me focuses on the promoting so that you, the practitioner, can focus on your practice. It is a growing site so there are transitions. They are also working on upgrades to improve things for the community. I really appreciate that and am so happy I found them and took that leap of faith as when I joined my practice was just blossoming. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Heal.me helped me become a real “professional” which is what I’ve always wanted. Before joining, I didn’t have any online presence at all, so I was just found through word of mouth. And I just used the calendar on my phone. This platform has helped get me more exposure and created a professional touch to my business. I use my profile as my website and I tell clients to book with me there.

I joined a few days ago and I’m very impressed with the platform and my whole experience so far.

Heal.me created a BEAUTIFUL website for me, and I’m so excited! I started using the calendar for my appointments, and I no longer have to send all my clients reminders every morning, which is wonderful!

I see Ana Pereira for custom facials & microneedling. She has a gentle approach & uses all organic products which I appreciate. The app easy to book with so I book any sessions with her through there. I have also found a few other practitioners I am starting to work with as well for reiki and past life regression work.

Heal.me is a total game-changer! Setting up my profile was a breeze, and the booking system is a lifesaver—no more back-and-forths, just more time doing what I love. I've seen my client list grow with folks who are all about that holistic life. The support team is awesome, always there when I have a question. If you're a holistic pro looking to level up, you gotta get on Heal.me. It’s not just making my life easier; it's pushing holistic health into the mainstream. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Karen Peters-Bowden several times. Some of the services that she offers are reiki energy healing, meditation, quantum healing, etc. She is an amazing & caring Professional in this field. I like to consider myself a pretty spiritual individual. Every time I've left a session I've felt completely renewed and refreshed. Like a shift in the cosmos and I was now walking on cloud 9. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking into a holistic approach at bettering their daily lives.

The platform is very easy to navigate. And the staff is very service minded, responsive and ethical.

The personal page is well layed out and looks great (of course the practicioner is responsible for good content)

Heal.me is exactly what the wellness industry has been looking for. The platform makes finding new practitioners and booking sessions incredibly easy. I love that there is a mobile app thats super easy to use.

Updated--see below. AVOID Heal.me I was talked into joining Heal.Me by an employee that very soon was no longer with the company. My card was charged immediately, but this person failed to disclose the practitioner "verification" process. I received emails from another employee assuring me I would be verified. 6 months later and with $900+ dollars of charges, I am still not verified, so my profile cannot go live.
Heal.Me has refused to return the charges, but continues saying they will remedy the issue. Unethical. Feels like a scam.

Update: after two employees told me they would remedy my credentials issue--which was never resolved, I posted this review. After posting, I was quickly contacted by someone in a high ranking position who asked what could be done to help. At this point which is months later (started in Sept of 2022) I have spent so much time on calls, emails, discussing how to get a refund with my credit card since a refund was never an option directly with the company, I had let the situation go.

This person wanted me to give it all a fresh start with a free year of membership. If this is what I've gone through just to get onboarded, I can't imagine what might be next actually trying to utilize the platform. The onboarding seemed like a clear indicator of potential issues and more time wasted. I just want to be free of this and am fine donating the membership fees to a startup which is trying to do good, but not working for me. I appreciate the effort, but I fully realize it is to get me to take down this review--which was my honest experience.

After crediting me the fees which I didn't request since I know the request to take down the review is going to follow, I get a request to take down my review. This process makes the "fresh start" and refund feel rather disingenuous. If this was easy to do, why wasn't it offered before I posted this review?

I am a practitioner who has her business listed on Heal.Me - my experience has been mixed. I didn't personally find the service worthwhile, but I am told I joined when they were still working on things. I had an issue with my membership that I couldn't solve with team, and once I wrote a bad review here, the founder called me. I'm adding a star because he seemed very genuine about wanting to help and rebuild trust. We did get the issue resolved, and they are offering more time on the site without payment in order to try again.

It was easy to use, easier than ordering Chipotle online!

Will is the best! From before our session begins there is such care and intentionality for our time together. Once the sessions begins the level of connection and alignment that we have is like none I have ever experienced before. I feel guided and supported for whatever comes up and we have to address. I leave with further guidance and clarity within myself. I know in between my sessions if anything comes up I can reach out to get the guidance I need. Already booking my next session!

I only had an initial consultation but just from those 15 minutes I believed this type of therapy would be more beneficial than traditional therapy. Can't wait for my 1st session!

I am seeing Amelia to help me work through childhood trauma. She did an amazing job making sure that I was comfortable and able to understand the process. She’s a caring, compassionate and thoroughly professional practitioner that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve their mental health and everyday life! I’m feeling so much better after just one session. I’m looking forward to future sessions with Amelia who is an absolute joy to work with!

Having the experience of connecting with my emotions in a different way has helped me understand how all the traumas can be engraved on the body somehow and is a wonderful healing therapy from the inside out!
