Avoid this service. We prepaid in full on August 16 for a 3-month plan advertised as "Receive your 3-month supply in a single shipment." That's not what happened.

For 20 days, nothing shipped. We contacted support nine times and dealt with seven different reps. Every reply was a copy-paste apology: "escalated," "expedited," "tracking coming soon." No one gave a ship date, and no one would call the pharmacy to get one. Support only moves when you chase them, and even then you get vague answers and no commitments.

On September 5, we cancelled in writing. Their own rep confirmed that day the order hadn't shipped and had no tracking.

Four days later, they created a FedEx label anyway and refused a refund because the order had "shipped." It arrived September 10 with 1 of the 3 vials we paid for. The pharmacy notice in the box said the medication comes in scheduled shipments, not all at once, which contradicts what they advertised at checkout.

So they missed their own single-shipment promise, ignored a confirmed cancellation, shipped anyway, and sent an incomplete order. We're now disputing the charge with our card issuer and filing consumer protection complaints.

If you need your medication on time, go elsewhere.

This is not GLP one. This is B12. For somebody that is just starting out on a GLP-1 they would never ever have you start out taking 50 UNITS. Buyer beware!

They don't just give you approvals for anything that you want. Which is good. The process works. Just wish they would tell you what the reason for the rejection was. Easy and quick delivery.

didnt lose any weight in 3 months

BB Health was great. Onboarding was easy and efficient. I received my order very fast and have already lost two pounds in the first week.

Would not recommend! Pricing kept changing! The website shows pricing of $209/month for a 1 month supply or $179/month for a 3 month supply when you pay in full up front. No where did I see that listed as a “promotional” price. I got a one month supply to start to make sure it wasn’t going to make me sick. I went to order a 3 month supply thinking it was going to be $179/month =$537. I was told on no that was a promotional price and it was actually going to be $767 for a 3 month supply. I went ahead and paid $767 for my three month supply so I didn’t have a gap in my dosing. I received my medication last week and administered my dose. I was contacted today that they were wrong and the price was supposed to be $948 for my 3 month supply and they had already charged my bank an additional $181 to make up the difference. They didn’t contact me ahead of time. They are trying to charge me $316 per month for my medication!! That is more expensive than if I had bought the name brand medication directly from Eli Lilly. This company did not own up to THERE mistake and would not reverse the additional charge. I had to reach out to my bank to dispute the charge. I definitely will NOT be using this company going forward!

I asked several times for my delivery of my prescription to be delayed because we were going on vacation with no response. It was delivered anyway after several request to not do so and sat on my porch for 2 1/2 weeks.

Sign up was fine and as expected.

Renewal was an absolute disaster. Automatically submitted (I did not give the OK after Doctor check in) an order on my behalf at 3x the quantity requested and 2x any advertised price. Failed to fix their mistakes, change or cancel the order. Instead rushed to shipping (I did not accept the parcel) and refused to refund each time I asked. Everything about it was intentionally deceptive and fraudulent.

Before filing for a chargeback I ultimately went around BBHealth, and went directly to bodybuilding.com support to try and resolve as a last resort. It was only then that someone reviewed the full situation, apologized, and issued a full refund. At least the parent company took responsibility in the end, but I really doubt BBHealth will change operating practices. Disappoints me greatly that bodybuilding.com has attached their name to this.

Please avoid this business.

I have been taking the trizepide treatment for six weeks now and have not lost any weight. I am relatively active, eat healthy and didn’t realize the solution was NOT FDA approved until after my $540/3 month supply investment. The package did come quickly, however the prescription instructions to increase dosage did not match the vial, nor did I receive enough medication to follow the prescription which is probably why I cannot get a response from the medical team after several weeks what the proper dosage should be. Total waste!

The process was fairly simple. I filled out my info form to include health history, meds, any health issues, and goals. Chose preferred med. After giving financial info, it was sent to a Dr who assessed all my info to determine if I was a candidate for the med. After approval, my acct was charged. The NP sent very thorough info on what would happen next, how to take med, what signs to watch for to report, expected goals, etc. There is a ‘team’ available to answer all questions you might have. Each time, they replied quickly. It took a little longer than I thought it would to receive, about 2 wks, but meds arrived in an insulated cooler with 2 cold packs. Packaging was very nice. All supplies needed included, each month in its own bag with clear instructions on administration. Meds were in separate bags, each dosage clearly marked and in separate bags. I was impressed with everything so far!

I am taking compound tirzepatide. I purchased the 6 month program. The shipping took about a week as it must be made at the pharmacy first. Customer service has been very good with quick response to questions and concerns. I would give 5 stars but now I am finding so many lower priced options.

Aa coworker of mine introduced me to Bodybuilding.com and I am very glad that he did. The pricing is competitive and the product is delivered timely and safely.
