Dealing with Jack at Health & Fitness Travel was great from start to finish. He patiently waited whilst I figured out my trip around a busy work schedule.
Finally settling on a De-stress & wellbeing package at Amatara in Thailand, it did not disappoint. Jack also facilitated me to tailor the trip/package to suit my needs and sourced the best flight available maximising my time at the resort.

Jack Shea the travel consultant was really helpful and went beyond to check me in to my flight for Bangkok. I stayed at Absolute Sanctuary and had an amazing time. Great for solo travellers. Very healthy food and the staff are so generous and happy to help. I’d definitely return.

Good service with quick and helpful responses to queries. All information on the resort - The Body Holiday St Lucia - was provided and very useful. Laura Burden was an excellent agent - easy to deal with and also very efficient.

Rob was excellent from quote to my partner and I travelling to the Galo Resort, Maderia. The resort and staff were excellent and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Only negative, some of the instructors, whilst knowing we were English, didn't speak English during the class. Trying to do a full spin class in Portuguese is more of a mental workout than a physical.

A terrific service from H&F Travel who found exactly the holiday I wanted and organised it quickly and very efficiently. All I had to do was turn up on time.

We recently holidayed in Morocco at Paradis Plage on a yoga premium health and fitness week. The whole holiday was great: from the beach facing apartment to the yoga sessions and spa treatments it was very relaxing. At the resort the staff were so helpful and the food was good, we felt pampered and would certainly recommend it to others, we would go there again.

I went this Christmas to Absolute Sanctuary! it was absolutely fab.
The sport program was very exhaustive and the fitness instructors very professional, the food was delicious and healthy and I met a lot of fantastic travelers sharing similar interests.
The staff at the hotel is charming and very helpful. I will certainly go back. Thank you Jack for all the informations you provide on this resort I could not have picked a better place to spend Christmas and new year.

Paradis Plague is what‘s the name about a paradise. I have been there 4 times and each time, it was hard to leave.
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Every day fresh water. The food is great. The Yoga is amazing. I have never been in a Yoga room that was so beautiful. The beach is clean, big, the water clear. It is an escape of the busy, very touristic Agadir and the people are extremly friendly.
I travel as a single woman and feel safe.
I just love this place!

Just had a wonderful 5 day Christmas package, with lots of inclusive treatments, at Lefay Spa on Lake Garda, Italy organised by Rob Clark. He was very efficient and helpful, advising and organising everything that made our holiday truly fantastic. Lefay is a 5 star resort in every way with a stunning location. The treatments, therapists, facilities and restaurants were excellent. The staff in every area were charming and took great care to ensure their guests were happy with everything. We were thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed it so much. I would definitely use Health and Fitness Travel for future holidays.

We had a fantastic time at Pine Cliffs resort in the Algarve. Jack at Health & Fitness Travel was brilliant in getting us both exactly what we wanted from the holiday, so that I could do yoga everyday and my husband played tennis every day.
It was lovely to be in the resort in the off season when it was so quiet, and we had the spa and gym completely to ourselves.
My only points to note: some of the restaurants close during the off season, and make sure to carry the voucher with you around the resort, as they weren't very organised about knowing what was included in our package, so having the proof with you is handy.

This was our seventh visit to the BodyHoliday and we had an outstanding holiday; each and every element was as good or better than on our previous visits. Laura Burden at Health and Fitness Travel made all the arrangements, gave us a good price (although this holiday does cost a lot of money) and did a first-class job.

A feature of Le Sport / BodyHoliday is continuous improvement and the biggest change this time was to the rooms; I was delighted that the air condition now works well and has a low noise level, which meant it could remain on overnight. The main room (Luxury Ocean View) has been refurbished to a high standard and everything works. The owner had not upgraded the bathroom, which met our requirements, but they will need to do this job soon.

The nearby golf course (operated by Sandals) is being improved, so only 9-holes were available during my visit; the expectation is that there will be 18-holes by the end of Q1 2020. The quality of the course is much improved overall, and I look forward to playing it in the future.

A concern in previous years has been the quality of the driving for the transfers to and from the resort; this was very much better (in each direction) this time, I welcome the higher standard.

The Body Holiday delivered at every level and we shall be returning in 2020.

I booked La Fey in Lake Garda, Italy and my experience was excellent, straight forward, simple and a wonderful surprise when I arrived we had a complimentary candle and treatment waiting for us.

I booked my trip to SHA Wellness through Health and Fitness Travel with Laura Burden. It was the easiest and quickest booking and everything was organised perfectly, from airport pickups and included appointments at SHA. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service and particularly helpful adviser (Jack Shea). Answered every query, sorted best flights, always there at end of phone. Venue: Epic SANA resort, Algarve, highly recommended and would definitely use Health and Fitness travel again.
