I have ordered 4 items order id #269696 in which ive received a tampered protein pack. Ive taken an unboxing video and contacted customer care. They responded late and informed it takes 7-10 days for resolution. Ive received the parcel on 31st of dec and there is no response till date.

Very disappointing experience. My order was for 2 items, but I received only 1 even after making full payment. I have been trying to contact customer care, but the number is unreachable. This type of service is unacceptable. Expecting a quick resolution from HealthFarm.

MY order is delayed its already 6 days and now the tracker shows four more days your website promised delivery within 5-7 days this delay contradicts the original commitment made by your team

I m using Healthfarm’s suplements since 3 years and got 8 time mr india championship winner 🏆 and it’s feels safe , pocket friendly and most importantly good for gut 🫶🏼

I have been using healthfarm nutrition supplements from almost more than 1.5years. and to be very honest it is the best, affordable and a trust worthy brand.
The results are damn good specially of pre workout. Doesn't give red rashes or iching like other indian pre workouts. A must recommended supplement brand

I have placed an orader for HealthFarm Muscle Whey Protein Isolate & Concentrate | Premium Blend of Whey Protein - DOUBLE RICH CHOCOLATE / 2-KG / CREATINE (50G) Order ID 258514 on 13th September 2025. I have received a different product which is a muscle gainer vanilla flavour on 20th September 2025. Also there is no creatine in the box delivered. I have shared the video clip within minutes of delivery of order as well, no responses received yet.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter legally and report your company for fraudulent practices.

🚨 Beware of Unethical Business Practices by Healthfarm! 🚨

I collaborated with Healthfarm in a barter deal. In return, I promoted their supplements, and they were supposed to promote my page. Unfortunately, they failed to uphold their end of the agreement. Despite fulfilling my part of the deal, they completely ignored their commitment and stopped responding to messages. (the video quality was utter shit)

As a fitness content creator, I believe in transparency and fairness in collaborations. If a brand cannot honor its promises, how can customers trust them? If you’re an influencer or athlete considering working with them, think twice before engaging in a barter deal!

I hope Healthfarm takes responsibility and improves its business ethics. Until then, I cannot recommend them.

They delivered the wrong product 4 days back and even after raising the issue there is no resolution. No one has attended to the messages sent on WhatsApp and they tell me to connect us on WhatsApp. Email sent, Instagram messages sent and WhatsApp too but no one is there to respond.

You are making people fool. I ordered a Creatine on 9th October, after so many calls (which you hardly bother to pick up), it got delivered yesterday (30th October). Now, instead of Creatine, you have sent a BCAA and now I have been trying to call you and have called at least 100 times yesterday, but no answer. Got a call back and the lady stated that she was in a meeting since 1:30 pm. She asked me to share the pictures via whatsapp and she will arrange a pick up and replace the product and disconnected the call. I tried calling back after sharing the pics, call was going on waiting and then number was switched off. I have ordered so many supplements in the past, have never faced any such problems.You have definitely lost one customer of yours after all this. And I will never recommend HealthFarm to anyone.

Very bad product of healthfarm, it's all fake

I ordered two supplements from them but got only one and when tried to contact them there customer service is not responding even on email worst experience

Worst experience with healthfarm it is almost 15 day i don’t have get my order and i have call customer care even they don’t know they make fool and said aapka order kl tak aaja aaj 15din hogya ha koi pta nhi h order ka worst experience in my life. i my life i can not purchase any product of heathfarm they only make fool The customers

No doubt the protein taste was good but if I talk about the results I find Best nutrition advance whey protein is on top for me.

I ordered this protein 10 times in 10 days, I went for 10 days but it was not delivered, they called from the head office and told me to check, then after that there was no response, I think so. They have a lot of clients to take protein or they have opened a protein factory to pass time, now you will waste so much time that no one is going to take protein.
