The Doctor listened to my symptoms etc and referred me to a specialist.
I felt listened too.

Great service

Made an appointment for second opinion 2 weeks after seeing my own GP, where I was made to feel like I was wasting their time and they were more concerned why I hadn’t attended my pharmacy before going to see the GP. Spoke with GP providing details of symptoms, was provided prescription for antibiotics, which seemed to have worked

Has an effective communication tool to mange appointments with a GP. The GP was informed about my health report results and able to inform me about next steps.
Online systems worked well
Range of communication options worked well and the extended time frame for GP call was a bonus too.

How the NHS used to be.

After getting nowhere with the NHS this service saved me from continuous pain. Very grateful to it. Highly recommend it.

Available over the Bank Holiday


Available over the Bank Holiday weekend, easy to book and fantastic service, easy to pick up private prescription next day. I would highly recommend using this service with real professional help

Urgent care had advised take tablets

Urgent care had advised take tablets!
My shoulder was still bad after six weeks, GP reluctantly gave me an appointment over three weeks later.
Benenden GP service was superb. Two hours to get a telephone consultation, it could have been even quicker if i had chosen whereas the GP was +3 weeks. Call came through on time, Doctor listened and was empathetic, gave good advice and emailed my GP who then 'miraculously' moved my appointment forwards by two weeks, asked for xrays and a scan!

This was my first time using a private


This was my first time using a private GP via a phone and I found the whole experience very smooth and easy it put my mind to rest and the doctor gave me a correct diagnosis .
All in all a five star review from me -well done, thank you

Good Availability and care

The doctors availability is really good and i have always got great care when not getting appointments from NHS GP and if they feel the condition to be evaluated in person, the Online GP either write to NHS GP or provide specialist referral if needed.
