Quick and efficient referral to a consultant

Got an appointment quickly, GP knowledgeable, kind & reassuring, however I still had to call my NHS GP to get a face to face appointment, which took ages and a lot of back & forth, which is why I have this service to avoid the unreliability of the NHS, it would be great to offer a face to face referral to a private GP clinic to get the full experience.

An excellent service! Booking the appointment was very easy on the app and I was able to see a GP online within a few hours. I had a prescription and was on the road to recovery!

Benenden health is a bright light in the dark labyrinth of healthcare. I completed an anima to my GP. It said they were at capacity. Go to A & E if urgent. I couldn’t walk. Def not sitting in A & E for 8 hours. I contacted Benenden. Had an appointment two hours later. Chose to have it by phone call. The Dr was absolutely amazing. Took the time to listen and to explain what my problem could be and its solutions. I Felt heard. Valued. I wasn’t rushed. She offered painkillers. Recommended my next steps. I chose my own preferences. One was physiotherapy. She referred me to physiotherapy free through Benenden. No waiting. Its in a few days. Less than a week after my call. This service was a life saver to me. Mentally and physically. It doesn’t replace our overworked NHS. To me it supports it.

The Doctor listened to my symptoms etc and referred me to a specialist.

Made an appointment for second opinion 2 weeks after seeing my own GP, where I was made to feel like I was wasting their time and they were more concerned why I hadn’t attended my pharmacy before going to see the GP. Spoke with GP providing details of symptoms, was provided prescription for antibiotics, which seemed to have worked

Great service easy to use efficient prescription service

Has an effective communication tool to mange appointments with a GP. The GP was informed about my health report results and able to inform me about next steps.
Online systems worked well
Range of communication options worked well and the extended time frame for GP call was a bonus too.

After getting nowhere with the NHS this service saved me from continuous pain. Very grateful to it. Highly recommend it.

Urgent care had advised take tablets!
My shoulder was still bad after six weeks, GP reluctantly gave me an appointment over three weeks later.
Benenden GP service was superb. Two hours to get a telephone consultation, it could have been even quicker if i had chosen whereas the GP was +3 weeks. Call came through on time, Doctor listened and was empathetic, gave good advice and emailed my GP who then 'miraculously' moved my appointment forwards by two weeks, asked for xrays and a scan!
