Easy to use app and booked a GP consultation for the same day. Excellent treatment by the GP and felt confident in the advice given. So reassuring to be able to get an appointment same day as opposed to trying to convince a doctors receptionist that I need an appointment before being told I’d have to phone back in the morning or there are no appointments for the next few weeks etc etc
Well worth the money for the GP consultations alone.

An absolute waste of money.

I easily booked an appointment on line and Sunday was available for appointments. The GP rang on time. He listened, was professional and approachable. He also suggested contacting the Benenden Health Physiotherapist services. I rang them and did an online triage. Red Physiotherapy rang and my first assessment/appointment was booked on the same day, along with two follow up appointments.
The Physiotherapist Yash listens, is very professional and approachable. The treatment and exercises he gave were very effective and a few days later I was pain free and no longer had to take medication.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A very efficient service, will certainly use again.

I used Health Hero to obtain a fit note when my GP didn't have any telephone appointments available and I was too unwell to leave the house.

The GP I spoke to was very considerate, understanding and professional. They took the time to explain how the fit note was different to an NHS fit note and what the next steps would be if I needed any further time off. They also checked on my wellbeing even though they knew treatment was already in place; they wanted to be sure my treatment was working and I didn't need any additional advice or care, which I really appreciated.

I'll certainly be using Health Hero again if I ever need a GP, I'd even go so far as to say I'd use Health Hero first before going to my NHS GP if appropriate.

I absolutely love using your services. It’s very convenient, booking is extremely easy/user friendly, and your clinicians and very professional. I felt heard, and trust the is service. I would recommend to absolutely everyone I know. Thank you so much for a positive experience every time :)

Good service need to more facilities, fully Medical and Insurance

I was very impressed by this service which was provided and handled very well.

I had an extremely positive experience with the end to end service, I.e. booking an online appt, having an online appt, receiving advice which I acted upon. The result was an injury sustained on Sunday, referral advice on Monday from Benenden, went to walk in clinic same day as per advice, seen by triage nurse, had an xray, wrist break confirmed, appt with orthopaedic surgery on Tuesday resulting in wrist in a cast. I was so impressed and pleased for the treatment I received at each stage. Thank you.

Highly recommendable. Putting an inquiry in within a day maybe two it was already set up to start my counselling lady I have is exceptional very easy to talk to doesn’t make me feel stupid in any form which is very important for me and actually gives you or makes you think how to deal with situations

Easy quick and great service to get prescription for my son.

Really easy to book a consultation. Phone call for consultation spot on time and e-prescription came though almost immediately after the call had finished. Perfect 🤩

Quick and efficient referral to a consultant

Got an appointment quickly, GP knowledgeable, kind & reassuring, however I still had to call my NHS GP to get a face to face appointment, which took ages and a lot of back & forth, which is why I have this service to avoid the unreliability of the NHS, it would be great to offer a face to face referral to a private GP clinic to get the full experience.

An excellent service! Booking the appointment was very easy on the app and I was able to see a GP online within a few hours. I had a prescription and was on the road to recovery!
