we use WPA health care
we use WPA health care, they sub to healthHero for GP's who in turn do what you need them to, so it's a positive experience generally, quick and effecient, especially when something has gone wrong and you nneed help qucikly

My request for a consultation was…dealt with very speedily and happened that evening.
My request for a consultation was arranged for the same day and was very prompt. The doctor I spoke to thought I should have an x-ray and was contacting my GP to ask for this. However I haven't heard from my GP, I had already contacted the surgery with no result, so I wasn't surprised.

Would not be without it now that I have used it. Video appointment arranged in less than 2 hours from booking at a time of my choice. Physician really listened and understood the situation very quickly and prescribed necessary medicines, prescription received in less than 5 minutes from the call ending. Excellent service

Exceptional service
Exceptional service. Had a drs appointment within an hour of booking using the online system on the app. Doctor rang 30 mins earlier than expected. Has a prescription for antibiotics within an hour . Can't fault the service

Dr didn’t call
I booked an appointment yesterday for 18.12 ..
It’s now 04.47am…still waiting. Not happy been up all night. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend. They say 24/7 service but there’s no one there. The booking service was easy…however what good is that if the doctor doesn’t call and your symptoms are much worse after 12 hours when you could have called the nhs! I certainly have no trust in this company now.
