Dr didn’t call

I booked an appointment yesterday for 18.12 ..
It’s now 04.47am
still waiting. Not happy been up all night. Not impressed. Wouldn’t recommend. They say 24/7 service but there’s no one there. The booking service was easy
however what good is that if the doctor doesn’t call and your symptoms are much worse after 12 hours when you could have called the nhs! I certainly have no trust in this company now.

Was really good to have a video call


Was really good to have a video call from a Dr within a few hours of booking appt online. Dr gave lots of useful advice. I would highly recommend SimplyHeath

was reassuring to have somebody on the other end of the phone that cared you were feeling so unwell. put me at ease and helped when my doctors felt i wasn't important enough to get an appointment and refered me to a chemist. getting a phone appointment was so much quicker than i thought it would be

Dr glass was amazing

Dr glass was amazing. She listened to my issue and is the nicest doctor ive ever spoke to. Shes in the job because she cares. Excellent service.

Beneden offer a fantastic and very cost


Beneden offer a fantastic and very cost effective service, either for an on-line GP appointment or for a more detailed consultation with a sector specialist, I have used both services and they are both excellent, I can't recommend them more highly.

Great service

I found the service very efficient I had a few queries and the doctor took his time answering them. I didn't feel rushed.
Great to get good advice and I would definitely recommend Beneden Health

Used this service twice now - outstanding

Have used this service twice now. Both times received an appointment with a GP online within 2 hours. Both times the Clinician very quickly assessed my symptons and treated each one individually. I had a chest infection, laryngitis and bronchitis. I was prescribed meds for all three quickly and given time to ask any questions I had. If I had gone to my GP surgery I would have had to fight for an appointment, probably not get one for sometime and travel there and then be treated with one medication for the virus and infections and bacteria in one which would have meant going back in a week as not everything would have cleared. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Very easy to access and the consultation with the doctor was quick. I could have the medication delivered next day or pick up at a pharmacy. Would definitely recommend
