Used this service twice now - outstanding

Have used this service twice now. Both times received an appointment with a GP online within 2 hours. Both times the Clinician very quickly assessed my symptons and treated each one individually. I had a chest infection, laryngitis and bronchitis. I was prescribed meds for all three quickly and given time to ask any questions I had. If I had gone to my GP surgery I would have had to fight for an appointment, probably not get one for sometime and travel there and then be treated with one medication for the virus and infections and bacteria in one which would have meant going back in a week as not everything would have cleared. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Very easy to access and the consultation with the doctor was quick. I could have the medication delivered next day or pick up at a pharmacy. Would definitely recommend

Prompt service minimum waiting time for an appointment and the doctor was very helpful and took the time out to explain my symptoms

I work in London far away from my


I work in London far away from my Surrey doctors surgery so the service is excellent for me from my desk in London -The Clinician was great, thorough, not rushed and provided some common sense advice which was great for me. Well done Dr Prior and supporting team.

Amazing online booking with Health Hero

I booked an online appointment through Simply Health for a consultation with a doctor. The process was easy to follow and the whole process was excellent. It was really helpful to be able to book an appointment online - there were quite a few appointments available and easy to fit into my timescale. A fantastic service all round - thank you!

Vitality GP service

Very quick access to the GP service, much better than my usual GP practice where it is very difficult to get an appointment.

An excellent service when my own GP


An excellent service when my own GP couldn’t offer me a return telephone for 3 weeks. The doctor I spoke to listened and understood my problem. Would definitely use again and thoroughly recommend

What an incredible service

What an incredible service! From initial call, to Dr calling me back within a couple of hours to the questions he asked and the prescription being ready almost instantly! Can’t rate it highly enough.

Great service

Great service. My daughter had a fall while on holiday and we were able to get her checked without needed to go to a hospital. The service was very quick. We were advised by the doctor to go to hospital in the end but without this advice we may not have known this.

Real Doctors with excellent knowledge

Real Doctors with excellent knowledge, who listen and have the skills to provide positive solutions. Also good administrative staff. In trouble for help at weekends or Bank Holidays and this is a really essential service. Certainly as good as my local Surgery for filling the gap where needed. Booking process is so simple, you literally just need the phone number.
