I would highly recommend THM as they have helped me reach my goals in no time. The support from everyone on the group is amazing. The food is easy to make and my family loves it.

I have been a lifetime platinum member of THM for around 2 years. The best thing about it is the inclusiveness and flexibility of the lifestyle and recipes. There is also useful information on the website and a great amount of support on the Facebook pages. I've found that the focus is not just on weight loss, but a holistic focus to achieve optimal health and well-being.

The downside to THM is there are far too many emails and, I find their marketing over the top. A lot of the promotions/sales start with 'OMG' or 'We are so sorry.' I feel this is unecessary and a definite dislike. Things could be improved in this area.

The support and availability of range of products are great. I like the premium smoothies and the smoothie boosters. The flavours are really nice and I like the way I feel on them. I notice a difference when on the premium smoothies

I find the website very hard to read. I thought there would be a meal plan to follow and can’t navigate the recipes

I love that healthy mummy is so easy to maintain. Don't like that there's not much competitions any more it gives people incentive.

So much support!! There are so many great recipes, advise and help, loving being a part of Healthy Mummy and learning a lot.

This site and their products are great but probably the best part is the endless recipes and caring exercise programs including yoga etc can't speak highly enough about them and site

Love this platform and the app, there are so many different recipes that cater for everyone. We live very remote and I can still get the right foods into my families lifestyle with the help of the app. My fitness is getting better each day and its easy and keeps me motivated. Thanks Healthy mummy.

The best smoothie in terms of flavour and creaminess. Highly recommend, I've tried a few brands and this one blends well with different ingredients.

I had an issue with a recent purchase and the company were so great to deal with! The issue was sorted very quickly and the customer service was really great! I definitely recommend The healthy mummy especially the skin care and smoothies.

Great community behind it. I love it, works well for my family. The food is decent and some are so good!! I don't have the access for my smart watch to be connected like other brand and I've paid enough for the membership and I don't plan on buying another smart watch just to use the app
