The App has everything u need stay on track, from recipes to workouts and tips to help u, the Healthy Mummy products are amazing the active wear is great. I highly recommend the Healthy Mummy to any lady who wonts to change there life become healthier stronger cofident Verison of themselves. I've lost 14kgs and lost countless cms from my body have kept it of for nearly 3 years now. I've done it all by following the Healthy Mummy App recipes,workouts and using the products.

Love the shakes and recipes. Everything is real and achievable and actually works. Products are affordable, recipes are realistic and the while family can eat them so I'm not cooking separately for myself.

I tried THM programme and absolutely loved it. The app was really easy to navigate and the recipes were simple to prepare. I enjoyed the smoothies and got them at a great price.

I signed up to the platinum lifetime membership after a year of joining originally. I find the recipes great and the workout videos good to do in the comfort of my home.

The app helps keep me on track. I love the variety of recipes and it's helps to minimise wastage of food. The workouts are so easy to follow and can choose quick or longer ones depending on time you have.

I love the app. I had a couple of issues to start with but once i worked it out i think its great.
A huge variety of recipes and exercises and the support groups are hreat too.

I am loving the varied food options/recipes on the app where I can choose something simple and straight forward to throw together or a more complex recipe that provides a tasty meal within my calorie range. The variety is great! The smoothies are a lifesaver for those moments I have limited time to grab breakfast or lunch.
Still a long way to go on my weight loss journey but I am feeling good! Thanks HM 💕

The shopping experience was fine and the price had the product worked was reasonable, sadly, however, Sugar X had absolutely zero effect on me.

I was extremely hopeful in regard to this product, I was hoping it might put an end to my late night sugar cravings. I tried it quite a few times, every time rigorously following the instructions, hoping that I had just missed something. Not only did it not work four hours later as it claimed, but I could still taste 100% sweetness 4 minutes later. Hopes dashed, very disappointed and $37 out of pocket :(

Tummy Smoothie Vanilla Powder tastes revolting. I couldn't drink it.

Absolutely appalling service. Still waiting on a delivery 25 days later…clearly delivery has gone missing team. Just send me a refund and stop mucking me around. So much for a New Year weight loss journey

I hadn't used the app for over 8 months and an email warning of its upcoming renewal would have been a useful reminder to cancel it before I got slugged another $100 for a product I don't use.
