What a waste of time, the company is advertising stock they don't physically have ? , also they sell express delivery that could not possibly be used , what a rip off , honestly if you don't want hassle go somewhere else, just for clearly and fairness , they said I would receive a refund but not straight away it would take a couple of days? Don't know why my payment went straight away , while see what happens.

Avoid if you like the pricing of all elements of the cost to be simple. The company shows some parts of the cost including VAT and others excluding

Thank you for your reply. How about showing the total amount at the start, not the end, and always including VAT? Or would that be too much like Amazon

There was an issue with the connector on the receiver wire. There was a lack of clarity in the type of connector when I ordered it and they refused to allow a return and I got no refund.

First time using and won’t be the last. Mom managed to break the received on her hearing aid which is an older model and I struggled to find a replacement. Hearing aid accessories had it in stock and delivered the next day. Quote from a well known high street hearing aid company was 3 times more expensive and would be a two week wait! It took me two minutes to fit using a sim ejector pin and saved me almost £50

I paid express delivery... They didn't bother posting it in 2 days as a normal order. Rubbish!

Really happy with my Phonak Charging Case Combi 2. Working perfectly - much more reliable than the two Mini Chargers I had before and which I believe have now been discontinued. Prompt delivery and well packed. And thank you for all the help and good advice. I would recommend this company.

Wonderful service and great products. I’ve ordered a couple of times and always been pleased.
This time however it appears that my package was intercepted by some hungry rodents at Royal Mail who had eaten chunks of the Jiffy bag and the contents!

Charlie took on my case and dealt with the claim with Royal Mail. I received replacements very quickly, 10/10.

Quick chat with online expert confirmed the correct product, it arrived quickly. Very simple to set up, less than 5 minutes and I was streaming TV audio to my hearing aids and the family could listen without the TV needing to be loud. Great product, would buy again, would recommend to friends

I ordered some replacement hearing aid tubing having waited over two months for NHS with no response. order was dealt with quickly and I received within three days. the tubes were inexpensive and I found them easy to fit. 10/10 for quality, price and service.

I was looking for a solution to combine my digital hearing aids with a TV solution. Lauren Mason at hearingaidaccessories helped me find a solution with their TV Connector offering. She also assisted with me get the VAT back on the product, as I qualify being a diabetic. She was very friendly and very helpful. Very good delivery service, the product was good quality unfortunately could not pair my hearing aids to the device contacted chatline they were very good. Returned and refunded immediately. Will use the company for other products again

The receiver for Phonak hearing aid arrived OK and was obviously cheaper than genuine OE unit from Boots but the little plastic tail that holds it in place in the ear was shorter and stiffer than the original and most uncomfortable the only solution was to remove the one from my old receiver and use that.
